I am holding a unit in your project with customer ID WTCN 181.
Payment of commitment charges were supposed to be done post possession. However, no commitment charges have been received wef Mar/ April 20.
A delay of 5 months isn't warranted even in times of Corona Pandemic. This is totally unprofessional & illegal on your part.
Request rather than sending an apologetic email citing reduced staff, pls expedite the payment of commitment charges with interest for the delay as mentioned in ur BBA.
