I have invested in WTC NOIDA-CBD! CBD/01449/18-19 in the year 2019.
Every year they come up with some Jargon. My issue is I have invested 56 lakh towards the above project in 132 CBD commercial unit. My returns are due from January 2022 till date as promised that every month my returns will be credited into my account.
After several reminder they do not seem to respond. Every time when we ask or demand our returns they come...

The big name like WTC is behaving like a petty contractor these days,
it seems that I had made the mistake by investing in your project.
There is no communication from your side and nor there is any contact
point where I can contact. You stopped the monthly moneyback citing
the Covid situation after that you had shown a lot of greener pastures
by sending Excel sheets, but after that there is lull from WTC...

I hv virtual space in cbd noida, sector 132 vide customer id 01470/18-19, my Assured returns was actually long pending after lot of emails n calls finally wtc agreed to give Ar wef sep 21 but neither gave the AR and nor responded, finally in jan 22 when I contacted them they promised to release 100 percent Ar monthwise wef Jan 22 but till dt no AR has been released.

Ibhave invested in WTC NOIDA CBD project in March 2019 and assured of possession by September 2021 or in case delay in possession monthly penalty. But now they have neither given possession / penalty nor replying to mails and phone calls. They are defaulters and sitting on people, s hard earned money....

We have booked one office space vide no CBD/00322/18-19 and paid 95 P.c.. In lump sum. From March 2020 We are not getting return AMT. Regularly. The AMT rec'd. Also vary and not according to contract. Now we have rec'd. One mail to stop returns from 01.04.2021. we object for this because we have invested our retirement money to earn some monthly income to meet our day to day expenses. Further we do not accept your fresh proposal....

I have invested in WTC Noida project being constructed at Plot No: TZ-13A, Sector Tech Zone, Greater Noida in 2015 and I have done all payments on time as requested. I was told the possession is delayed and I received assured returns until Feb 2020, now I am not receiving assured returns and neither is anyone responding to my emails/phone. Payment of commitment charges were supposed to be done post possession. However, no commitment charges have been received wef Mar/ April 20.

A delay of 5 months isn't warranted even in times...

When we wanted to buy the unit, then sales team was behind us and always contact us. Now they are not even answering our call/email.

We are customers of WTC Chandigarh. Our customer id is CHD/00706. We have paid all installments in time. But we have not received assured returns for month of December that were due to be received on 4th January, 2018. Please remit the assured returns as per agreement asap.

TDS has also been deposited for the amount and the certificate for the same has also been provided.

Sharing my experience with wtc chandigarh:

1. Wtc chandigarh (As well as wtc noida) is under company viridian red.
2. They don't disclose the fact that their director is in jail for taking money from customers and not allotting the units:

3. The employees of wtc chandigarh are corrupt. They will do everything to harass...
