Dear Sirs,

This is company is the worst to deal with in my whole life.

They are terrible and dont know the concept of customer service.

I rendered thier service to apply for the canadian immigration.

I paid them the fees in full and in advance 1700 US dollars. It ended up they lost my documents after a follow up from side for months.

This company is a fraud !!! Please dont deal with them, and tell all who you knows not to deal with them.

Terrible company and terrible staff.

I lost time and money for 2 years now

Dear All,
Had applied for a Canadian PR visa under the Gold package in 2004.At the time of sign up ,WWICS presented a rosy picture saying that they have influence in CHC & experience /expertise to get the visa within 2-3 years.I was told that fees are refundable in case visa can’t be obtained.After I paid the fees.Then,I was told to sign the contracts.When I objected to certain clauses like arbitration,the clause saying fees are non-refundable & WWICS will not be responsible for delay in obtaining visa,I was told that all clients sign the same contract & there is no need to worry as many clients have signed the same & already got their visa.Based on this assurance & as I had already paid the fees,I signed the contracts.Now,7 years later I still have not got the visa.I am being told for the past 3 years that I will get a call for medical soon.Now I have realized that WWICS has abused my trust.The contracts have the following things written:
1.WWICS is not responsible for any delay in getting the visa.Time is not of essence.This means that WWICS can collect fees from you & keep you waiting forever.
2.Fees paid to WWICS are non-refundable.
3.Interest clause says that if you owe WWICS money,then you have to pay it along with 1.5% cumulative monthly interest.But if they owe you money they will not give any interest.
4.Arbitration clause states that arbitration will be done at Chandigarh & by an arbitrator appointed by WWICS.This means you will never get justice.You must insist on a clause that states that arbitration will be done at the place where the contracts are signed & done by court of law.
5.There is a clause that allows WWICS to give your personal data to third parties.Canadian Society Of Immigration Consultants(CSIC) says that you can’t force a client to agree to this.It also says that the immigration process must be transparent & properly explained.But WWICS will hide many things from you.The fact that they have put so many anti-client clauses shows their intent to cheat.
6.Other consultants tell you to get IELTS score first & then apply but WWICS will tell you to apply first & get IELTS score later.if you donot get good score,you will lose all money paid to WWICS.Even if they assure you of a job,make an agreement with them on stamp paper & put a clause that states that they will pay you back the fees with atleast 10 % interest if they fail to get a job within a time period of say 1 year.
If you are a victim of WWICS fraud,please do not keep quiet.Spread awareness about WWICS being a fraud so that people do not get duped.Whenever WWICS organizes seminars(see advertisements in newspapers),go to the venue & ask WWICS to explain about the points mentioned above in front of the entire crowd.Also please lodge a complaint with CSIC(check their website for more details). Complaint to CSIC by filling their form& mailing to [protected]@csic-scci.ca along with evidence(copies of your fee receipts,contract & correspondence to resolve the conflict with WWICS).Simultaneously lodge a complaint with the police,ICRPC(INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS PROTECTION COUNCIL).ICRPC will help you fight your case in consumer court at a nominal fee irrespective of your location.They have an office in Mumbai & can be reached at [protected]@consumergrievance.com. Or log on to www.ccccore.nic.in for lodging a complaint with national consumer help line.Also,send one copy of your complaint to the Canadian Ambassador at the Canadian High Commmision where your papers were filed.Please check the contracts before signing &paying them.Dealing with WWICS will guarantee disappointment.

on 25th Dec 2007 there was a seminar at desh bhagat yaadgar hall. after that they people were forcing me to file case before ending of this year. after 10 - 15 days they again called me and said to sign a deal first amount is 30,000
i filed on 12th jan 2008. but in their records they have filed 2 or 3 days later. after 10 or 15 days i was being said to submit the second inst lament of rs 20,000/-. i arranged money and give the cheque to them. and few days after giving the 50,000 as i m being trapped they ask for $500 for their services and 22340 for canada high commission fee.

so my file no came in april 2008.but the rules chngd in november 2008. there was no communication from their side. so they called persons who filled before/ after jan 2008. so they said me u don't fall in the given categories. so canada govt, is refunding the money. the money from canada high commission came in sept 2009. that also they also not informed that ur cheque has come. i had to visit their office regarding wht can be done next. as the person who filled my case in starting give me full assurance that u will reach by 2010/2011. after few months when my file no has come he was shifted to amritsar,.


so when ever i used to go regarding my case the concerned person is on leave or she has left/ she is busy.
now please friends help me to take out money as they are saying we will only refund 500$ and the 50,000.

when ever i used to meet manager regarding refund no not at all. i told him that i wil go to consumer court if you not returned my whole payment. and earlier manager told me u will get money now they are changing their statements.

please help me to take out money. i m not able to understand wht to do.

WWICS always misguide me for my immigration documents.they had prepared insufficient file even taking big amount of money as their sevice fee.ang not attending even my calls ther never follow my case their self and not provide infomation on time .they have told me in starting that if my file is not accepted for canada Govt they will sent file with originals ,but now they are telling that my all original cant be back .they are not showing intrest now and closed my case .i even want to withdraw their representaion from my case and my money back as i had paid 50,000 rs. just for nothing.pls help me in this concern so taht i can do something on time

I had applied for immigration to canada through WWICS but from last 6 years they keep telling us in next 6 months your case would be processed. While paying the money they had assured that maximum 3 years & you will get your permeanant residency. Now even the mumbai branch is closed & there is no response. I have payed around 1.25 lakh rupees which they say is not refundable.

i have applied PR through WWICS Ltd Ahmedabad Branch, and i met Mr Zahid Kagzi (Sr.relationship Executive-Skilled) and i follow up with WWICS since 5 july 2010 but they are always gave us excuses

"We had allready sent your refund application to the HO. But all the Refund 29 POL cases are on hold for 2 to 3 months. So, I am requesting to you that please wait. "

"No Sir, Still decision is pending. "

i am metally harrase and they r stop communication with me from 4feb2011

it is very big amount of Rs.30,000/- for me

wwics is a fraud company. i am sharing my personnel experience. i had applied for student visa for UK. In which my wife is main applicant and i was the dependent.we contact this wwics people in Bangalore. they said they can proceed with our file. so as agreement we paid 15000 rs for there service.they shortlisted some colleges for us which all are A and B sponsor college.i said that we will take admission in highly trusted colleges only. they said if you go for highly trusted college you have to get 7 band in ielts so its better to take admission in these colleges which i refuse.After they stop giving any information on my file. Every time they said we are looking it will take time. they take whole one month and i got frustrated and then i contact their head office in mohali.people sitting in Mohali was the worst people that i came across.i had explained my whole case to them. what they said that now uk has stop accepting application for dependents.after that i inquire from vfs uk they said there is no such rule.then i reply same to the wwics.they change the agent. then the biggest shock of my life. that agent said that for uk living expense is near about 14 lac which is far more then the actual amount. total amount required for uk was 7 lac for both.they wasted whole 3 months. people siting in the office are dumb they don't know the rule and regulation. they are misguiding the people . after that i withdraw my case from wwics. but they didn't return the money. wwics is the pathetic immigration consultancy in India.i am very thankful to the god that i had withdraw my case from wwics and i done whole process by my self and in end we are leaving for uk next month. MORAL :- DON'T TRUST THESE AGENTS TRY TO PROCESS THE FILE BY YOURSELF ONLY. EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE ONLINE

I have met Ahmed personally. He definitely knows a lot about Canadian Immigration, I can vouch for this as I have done lots of research about Canadian immigration before going to his office. Also I have plenty of relatives in Canada.

He was an absolute pleasure to talk to & was certainly not rude.

Dr.Afzaal may have had a bad experience but my experience was a complete contrast.

I got engaged with a contract with WWICS, Jalandhar for the immigration to Check Republic. But on the very next day of signing a contract and handing over a Demand Draft of Rs. 40,000/-, i conveyed to the dealing person that we a not able to proceed further for the remaining formalities due to some unavoidable conditions so u are requested to revert the mony to us and may deduct the nominal charges.

But till date, i have not received any favourable response from the same firm.

Please guide me in this context so that i may get my money back.

They had given add in news parer about canada Pr, thats why i I visited office 1 Jan 2010 ,
For visa 31/1/2010 I paid 20,000/- and for services 30,000/- and they gave me discount of rs 3000/- so I paid total amount 47000/- .Cheque No. 311360 and 1300$ for Gold pakage for canada landing services I paid 47000/- I have all receipt also.

Due to my wife healt problem, I cancel my plan for Pr visa I taken back my file.


But company is not interested for giving my fees , like after landing fees and other feess means till date they did not give me any amount back , always they are not giving proper reply.

So kindly help me out in this matter.

I have applied for Czech Republic, Business Visa by the WWICS Pvt.Ltd in Jalandhar Branch.3rd Floor Midland Financial Center,G T Rd. Jalandhar. on the Date of 22sept.2008. The agency said to me yours Visa will be confirmed in Eight months,But they could not fulfill there agreement.I have paid them the sum of Rs.3,64000/-.I have wright a letter to them 22sept.2010.to refund my all deposits,but they can not give me any reply.
.They have destroyed my two years.My file no.is 51848 in the agency.
.Please do sum thing on this matter.I shall be great thankful to you for this.

I would like to share what I have experienced with WWICS. I filed my case on December 2009 under the Gold package contract and got my file number on March 2010, but unfortunately I wasn't able to provide some of the documents they need which is due on August. As my agent told me, I need to withdraw my application before the said due date. So, i withdraw my application as i were told to do so. I submitted letter of withdrawal, and got the confirmation dated October 1, 2010 and said to refund my bank draft after 8-12 weeks. But, luckily I was able to complete all the requirements a week after the cancellation of my appication. I ask them to re-open and re-file again my case.But...they are asking me to pay 3600dhs to re-open again my file. What is this? I told them I did not signed any contract that I need to pay money in refiling my case if I'm going to withdraw my case which is completely opposite to the contract I signed with them. I was depressed in recieving this news which they send tru email. I told them that the money they were asking was already 1/4 of what I pay for my contract with them. They are insisting this is the new rules of they're company, but I was covered of they're old contract and it was not stated on my signed contract with them. But still they are asking of 3600dhs for re-filing and that's the only time they can pursue with my application.This is completely so called MONEY MAKING... please I do need your response and reactions with this...

Hi this is prahlad patel , i have appllied for Canada Immegration via WWICS Baroda Branch , but unfortunately i setteled in saudi arabia so i decided to cancel the contract. on time i send the email to baroda branch with my refund application.from last three months i am daily following up but they said its in process and i informed to head office . there is no result.

so many times i call but they said we are busy busy.after that they said your money will come in 120 days it is almost finish.

hi, this is kanwaljeet i want to aware all of you guys who want to fly in the sky with help of feathers of wwics. wwics is a big fraud. they want to get all of your saving cash. i filed my case for pr in canada with wwics. they got all my cash and they told me u will recieve ur pr within 9 to 12 months. but its more than 13 months i have not got any decision yet. if i call them they tell me we dont recieve anything i[censored] call pratibha she will be busy on phone or busy with work or on leave nobody will care about u so forgod sake never hire thier service they will make u fool and grab all ur cash thats wwics

WWICS took Rs. 65000 as processing fee for Canada PR. They were not able to file my case as the rules were changed by the Canadian govt. Initially they told thet they will refund the money after one month. They did not provide any refund even after two months. Finally they told that I will not get any refund as per company refund policy. They keep altering the policy for their convinence. They are enjoying the money without providing any service. I request ppl to go to police station and file complaints against them.
