This is regarding the refund of retaining fees of Rs 118000/-+Interest as WWICS failed to get the work permit as promised.

It is pertinent to mention that marketing manager Mr Ashish lured me on pretext of availability of pre approved LMIA and promised to get the work permit in 5-6 months. On dated 26.05.202, he contacted me and intimated that pre approved LMIAs are available with him and work...

Dear Sir,

I am Dr Atul Agnihotri from Chheharta Amritsar. Sir, I want to bring this matter to your kind attention that I hired a WWICS Ranjit Avenue Amritsar for my PR file to Australia in 2017. The WWICS consultant Ms Aarti assured me about my PR in Australia under the University Lecturer category. For this she demanded initial registration fees of Rs 87000/- which I paid to her through cheque (SBI cheque). Then she started my paperwork and assigned me a file number [FSN:99924] in which I have prepared a lot of documents like experience certificate, transcripts in english, bank statements, salary statements, income tax receipts, 16 no. forms. The detailed documents were prepared by me. Then why did they take 87000/- from me. After giving all the documents again Ms Aarti (WWICS consultant) called me to deposit Rs 46000/- for skill assessment through ANZSCO/VETASSESS. I paid her the same amount (which is far more than the rate fixed by the Australian Govt.)
After some days, Ms Aarti called me saying congratulations that my Skill assessment result has come which is positive for University Tutor. (Earlier she told me that I am eligible for University Lecturer but they prepared a file and took my signature for university tutor. I also signed because my sole purpose was to go to Australia with PR). Then Ms Aarti said that I had to apply under the University tutor category now, for which I have to show a PTE score. I got a 67 PTE score and approached Ms Aarti. They replied that now the skill category list has been updated and your University Tutor category has been removed by Australian Govt and now you have to wait for any other list updation which may take some months. (Being a consultant they are very well known and aware that the list is updated after one year which category can be added or removed).
However, Ms Aarti assured me that the list will be updated and when the University tutor category will be added they will process my file for this category and you will get PR. But unfortunately till date the Australia Govt have not added University tutor category in the demand skill occupation list. Also the WWICS consultant (Ms Aarti) and any other of them have not communicated with me about my file. They never called or told me to process for any other option. They had taken enough money from me and relaxed. They had taken my hard earned money for just experimentation and hadnot provided any result. Even for skill assessment they have charged me more than the defined amount.They initiated the case in 2017 where my age was 32-33 and I had sufficient points to claim. Now my age is 37 and I lost my points due to their negligence. This has caused me severe loss. My whole career has been affected by their poor service. Their poor service has shattered my dreams to get settled in Australia with PR. With that amount I could have reached other countries like UK Canada USA Germany if they had communicated with me on time. I have sent several emails and tried to call Ms Aarti but she never replied to me back. Her email address doesn't work and my mail returns back to me. Now I sent emails to WWICS customer care describing the withdrawal of my case and I don't want any sort of service from them but no positive reply has been received till date.

Sir I request you to please look into the matter and help me to get my hard earned money back from WWICS with interest till date. I want my money back from them As I am already running without a job nowadays. If WWICS had cooperated I would have been in Australia or any other country.

The company said that category was available at that time, then why didnot they file my case, why they wasted my prescious time. Even they didnot informed me that category is closed. If i fulfilled every condition at time then why they didnot applied my case to PR after positive skill assesment. They are lying about the category

    Hi There, Me and my wife has started our PR for Canada with WWICS. At time of our eligibility they asked us to show the genuine documents. Which we did an then they gave a confirmation that you can apply for the PR in Express Entry for which we paid 14, 000 INR in advance for file charges. And later they have asked us to pay around 2, 00, 000 INR for the whole case as we did on their request. for this amount we did gave our Gold for mortgage in Year 2016. till date we are paying the EMI & interest for the same. but when they took the full amount, we were asked to present fake documents mentioning that we worked as a supervisor & even they provide some ways to do it in order to make the case stronger & eligible. Yes Eligible, because we were not eligible in the beginning and which was not told by WWICS staff at the time of our start.

    Due to this big Fraudulent Activity we gave our hard earned money into this fake & a big scam money for which we are still paying from our pocket till date.

    we want our money back at the earliest as it's more than 04 years till date and we have not even got a single representative to discuss the same with us till date. even after applying for refund. they still asking us to go & apply for the PR. which is clearly not our destination at the moment and might be asking the fake documents again. as we never worked as a supervisor.

    Appreciate if someone can guide us to some direct people who could help us in a way to get the full refund of which we have paid to them with Interest till date. As we are having all the call records & email conversation in which they have asked us to do these activities. and we are definitely going to file a Legal Case against the company if they do not entertain this at the earliest.

        Sir i had send them 25000rs on 14 sep 2021 as registration fees swati kamboj misguide me and take money she said me next day to click on a link and when i came to know about false information regarding Imigration i said her on the very Next day 16 sep at 9AM to stop the process and refund my money swati kamboj and Deepika ABM refused and even after my refusal and after my mail for refund and phone conversation which i had recorded they start the process so that they digest my money i have every proof and i want a strict action against them or otherwise i have to go in court for IPC 420

            We applied for Canada PR services through WWICS Dubai office through WWICS representative Mr. Gaurav Anand; where in we were duped by providing us different contracts and contracting companies. We reside in India and we had applied through WWICS dubai office as our relatives applied through there a; whereas in discussion with your executive Gaurav Anand ( gaurav.[protected]@immigrationwwics.com) we were supposed to be provided same contracts/ facilities so we could make best use of the opportunities. When we initially were discussing the migration plan we were never told about different contracting terms. From Day one we assumed contracts provided to us were the same as we applied for similar package and paid the same amount for the service. Before we enrolled with WWICS we were explicitly told by Gaurav Anand that if our profile was not picked up in the first year then we would automatically be provided a free refilling of our profile in the second year. This was in line with our relatives profile submission with WWICS who referred us to WWICS. Do note the below points that explicitly show that WWICS and DREAMCARE seem to have malicious intent towards our submission since day one.


            1) We were instructed to pay the retainer fee for the service before we were provided the actual contract.. When we had asked Gaurav in our telecon he had said that it was normal procedure.

            2) We were not provided a WWICS contract which I just realized after I saw the contract that was signed between my relative and WWICS mentioned above. Our contract was with Dreamcare immigrations. I had asked Gaurav Anand when I received the contract "what company was Dreamcare Immigrations" and he had informed me that it was WWICS sister company in Chandigarh, Punjab. We did not think much as my relative too had signed a contract but we were not explicitly told which was the contracted company. We trusted and signed the contract.

            3) We signed for the same Bronze-Package which cost us both 1, 71, 100/- INR including Taxes but our terms and conditions were completely different. Payment was transfered to WWICS Axis Bank Branch in Mohali. This is where the deliberate deception occured; the entire contract that was provided to us was just an eye wash and nothing near to an original WWICS contract that was provided to my relative in Dubai. We had several discussion with Gaurav and these did not reflect in our contract. We signed as we had high opinion of the company as the person who referred the company to my relative too was registered with WWICS.

            4) Also note we have been following up with Gaurav and Fiyona for resubmission since 2019 since our profile expired, always thinking we were eligible as this was what was discussed. We never received any response from Gaurav Anand and then he quit the company and Mis.Kernel never had a straightforward response. Now after following up for 2 years we are being told that our case does not hold ground as our contract does not have the clause that we were promised by your Executive Mr. Gaurav Anand. We were initially working with Gaurav Anand (gaurav.[protected]@immigrationwwics.com) and with Fiyona Kernel (fiyona.[protected]@immigrationwwics.com) and always thought we were contracted with WWICS.

            Thereby concluding that there we were deliberately not provided a proper contract with an intent to cheat or not provide adequate service to us; the only reason I see is because we did all our filing from India and here in India they though that they can get away with such fraudulent behavior. I hope this is not the case and hope to see some clarification from WWICS end.

            I have been in conversation with WWICS customer support but they have not provided any explanation as to why we were provided with a fake agreement with Dreamcare at the first instance and why contract terms with such large amount of different terms and conditions. They have swindled us of our hard earned monies. Please can someone help us resolve this issue.

              I have submitted the fees for canada imigration on you wwics branch noidaWWICS, 6 th FLOOR, OCEAN PLAZA, SEC - 18, NEAR METRO STATION, NOIDA.
              I am not enrolled in any program my file is not applied anywhere I have band 6 in ielts and I was told I can apply for AIPP program and my fees will be adjusted in AIPP program but now again they are asking for 20000 plus gst more I don't want to countinue with wwics please REFUND my MONEY.

              Call me in [protected] for whole issue.

              I just want my REFUND or my file should be processed in AIPP program.

                I have been a client of WWICS from Dubai Karama division who had paid Dhs 9500(FSN:99075) for Australian/Canadian Immigration. And at the time of registration, the Karama office staff, if i paid the full amount in full i will get a discount and they will clear everything within 9 months and i need to get 6.5 individual IELTS score and they will keep updats me at each stages . This was the primary reason for me to get registered with your company. However, later on, once payment was completed they gradually stopped responding and now fully stopped. I tried to reach them in all ways but they misled me like anything regarding my IELTS score. they twisted me, based on my experience and studies i need only 6. i filed on 23rd Dec 2016.Now it is around 4+ years and I have not even got the proper response in-between they come with a new mode of fake promise. I request the consumer complaint forum to help me get my refund.
                Please advice. I don't know where to approach for help.

                  This is Navin Kumar from Kurukshetra, Haryana. I have applied for Canada permanent residency through WWICS GROUP based in Mohali Punjab in early 2015. My file no which was provided by WWICS is FSN-86133. When i met the customer executive of WWICS they assured me that my file would open in 3-6 month. And for that they have charged registration fees (65000 Rs), resume making fees (USD-500), lawyer fees (USD-700).
                  But my file was still pending in immigration due to less points. And on 5th may 2016 when i have visited to their branch they told me that we can arrange a Nomination Letter from Canadian State, which can help to increase my CRS points. And for that letter they have charged around 80000 Rs from me . Moreover in next month on 14th june 2016, they called me that my file has been expired. And if you want to put it again in pool then i have to pay 35000 Rs. On the same day i have paid that amount also. But till March 2019 i have not received any information about my file. After that i have applied for refund the amount in march 2019. But their executive sent me an email that i am eligible for only 200 USD. However i have paid around 2, 55, 000 Rs. I have all the evidence which clearly proves that they cheated with me. I have all cal details, cheque numbers and emails for further help.

                    Wwics is a pathetic organisation to get done anything. They dont reply to calls or msgs very unprofessional employee work thier. Now after making my payment for visa canada of 15 thousand they arnt not even giving my credentials of IRCC account. When asked kanika for it she said it is in policy i asked share me policy right away since then no mail or reply has been received from thier end . They just dupe your money and head nothing else. Never get it done from them

                      I would like everyone to know that WWICS Mohali (Mr. Arvinder Singh - in-charge) is Duping me of my money in the name of the Covid situation I am in.
                      I have availed the Services for Job Seekers Visa for Germany via WWICS Mohali. They charged me 53000/- for that(the receipt is included). I was in process of completing my paperwork when the Covid stuck and I was not able to complete it. There was no communication for the WWICS side either that I have to complete it under a per decided deadline. Now that the lockdown restrictions have eased and I was ready to complete the paperwork they told me that this program is not there anymore and offered me to convert it to any other program which I am not interested in. Now, they are not refunding my money saying that I was not able to submit my paperwork in the stipulated time frame. They are just cheating me on my hard-earned money.
                      Can someone please help me? or what Legal route I can follow?

                        I have had a really pathetic experience with WWICS. Your staff is really uncooperative at all times. They make lame excuses like I am on a holiday for some days or I am having lunch. Saturday Sunday you can’t expect anything from them. I paid for RNIP Programme to your people but I am not interested in going to Canada. Refund my complete amount today Or otherwise I will contact the higher authorities.

                          I am very regretful that I applied for going abroad through WWICS, which is totally an incompetent institution in providing services. The employees are totally unprofessional who can not keep their words. No one bothers to give reply to calls or mails. WWICS received my application for refund on 04.06.2020, but neither I received my refund nor any proper reply from any responsible person till date. I am in urgent need of money. I hope you will look into the matter

                            I called the Chandigarh branch to enquire about student visa but I got a very cold response from them. The manner of talking was so rude that I felt humiliated and embarrassed. The staff must be trained to talk in a proper and respectful manner.

                              My cousin applied through them but they don't respond to him anymore. This is really disgusting and unprofessional. He has paid as required and is supposedly in the pool. But there is no update shared with him by the company and they don't respond to his inquiries.

                                My name is navpreet singh... On 3/7/2020 i have consulted with mr kartik of your jalandhar branch astt manager regarding canada PR under RNIP program.. He assured me to provide job offer within 6 months but he failed to fulfil his promise... Now my case has been suspended and he told me my money will be refunded within 12 13 days... Its already 16 days i have not receieved anything... Hoping for your positive revert..

                                  Brief:
                                  My profile had been checked by Ms. Shikha Parihar- Territory Manager (as conveyed to me), and I was told I am eligible for applying for Canada PR under the RNIP program initially for 9 communities as 2communities have not opened / established their website site, once open M/s.: WWICS shall file my application for the balance 2 communities too, i.e. totally 11.

                                  However, once I paid up the advised fees, I was told I can apply only I had to follow up with the respective teams.
                                  On which I came to know the listing for some communities is done on job portal and not the community directly.
                                  My application/resume details were also no properly uploaded in full, which I Had to complete on my own.

                                  This was done for 3 communities, when I asked what about the balance communities I was told I am not eligible for the same.

                                  Before paying I had mentioned my preferences very clearly to Ms. Shikha Parihar, but not once did she mention to me that I am not eligible for the communities I am interested in.

                                  Then on discussing with Ms. Shikha Parihar all points form start, she agreed there has been a communication gap between her and her team and she did no have the full information and asked me to send all details in writing on email to proceed and process for refund.

                                  Now, after following up with Ms. Shikha Parihar since 5th November 2020, today they sent me an email that they have not approved my refund as I am with drawing my application.

                                  When I am not eligible as confirmed by M/s.: WWICS own team, then what is the use to applying?
                                  Why did they accept my application ?

                                  And it was confirmed by Ms. Shikha Parihar, that I am eligible for the complete RNIP program.

                                  Step 1: the details of applicant are filed with the community such as:

                                  Resume - Assessed education report by WES University degree

                                  IELTS score (minimum bad 5) - Are submitted to each community,

                                  Step 2:

                                  as and when job requirements meeting the applicants profile arise in the community, the community contacts the applicant;

                                  Step 3:

                                  after which there is a meeting/interview (online) of the applicant,

                                  Step: 4

                                  once the applicant clears the interview the employee gives the required documents from his side to the community;

                                  Step: 5

                                  An online interview between the applicant and community is set up,

                                  Step: 6

                                  After successful interview with the respective community the community gives the client a recommendation letter, recommending the applicant to IRCC for PR process.

                                  Step: 7

                                  Applicant files for the PR with the IRCC/ respective government authorities;

                                  Step: 8

                                  All documents being in place; the government grants the applicant Permanent Residency of Canada (PR of Canada).


                                  On knowing the above, I had shared my profile with your team who had advised me, that I should complete my WES education assessment and IELTS (since all other documents and profile are eligible for RNIP program as described above); and there is demand for my profile and your team is viewing the ongoing demands in RNIP.

                                  On basis of which I completed my WES assessment and IELTS respective processes after paying their respective fees.

                                  I was never informed that my profile is eligible only for 4 from the above 11 communities under the RNIP program; or any further formalities or processes are missing in my eligibility criteria in any manner what so ever.

                                  I was always told my profile is complete and matches the RNIP requirements in all respects.

                                  After I applied (paid up): What I was told & What has been done:

                                  The details of the applicant are uploaded in the job board of the community and not to the community,
                                  The applicant has to share his/her profile apply for jobs relevant to the applicant.
                                  Apart from 4 communities i.e. Brandon, Vernon, Kootenay, Seeds.

                                  my profile does not have eligibility for the balance communities- which is a total surprise and shock as most of the time I spoke to your coordinator; I was constantly referring to Sudbury, Timmins and other communities in Ontario & British Columbia; but not once was I informed that I am not eligible for these communities.

                                  Out of the 4 communities, I had already applied in Vernon my-self as the teams was taking too much time to do any progress.
                                  Further, on Kootenay jobs.com my profile was only-added with basics such name and email id, no categories were selected, my resume was not uploaded and neither any of my details in-spite of follow up with your team.

                                  And on the balance existing 3-4 communities there are no relevant jobs.


                                  This email which you have shared now dated: 02.11.2020 informing me of the various eligibility requirements for each community should have been shared to me much before I applied for the RNIP program; and I should have been informed earlier which communities if my profile eligible for; and then it would be my choice to proceed with the RNIP program or not.
                                  Sharing misinformation / less information- was never expected from such a reputed firm.


                                  As facts stated above, I feel thoroughly cheated and mis-informed which has not only made me loose the amount I paid to you plus the money I had to pay for:
                                  Ielts &
                                  WES: which is of no use to me, as the RNIP plan does not meet my requirements.

                                  I, humbly request you to kindly put you self in my place and try and understand the stress, disappointment, let down not to mention the mental agony I have been going through along with my family due these un-ethical and ill-informed details from M/s.: WWICS, team.

                                  I, hereby request you humbly to kindly refund me with the full amount I have paid to M/s.: WWICS, as the process I had been informed for before paying the fees has not been followed and has been misleading.

                                  (Even if I manage to get a job offer for the communities other than the 3 applied for, getting a PR is not possible to eligibility criteria which I was not informed of from your team till I requested for my application to be filled in the respective balance 7 communities.)

                                    I had given my work visa to wwics Ahmadabad branch with 5000 $ advance . after some time they closed their Ahmadabad branch office and know me my file is now at mohali head branch office . i had complained for transfer my file that time they told me if i not want to continue my file they treat my file as voluntary withdraw and will not return my advance money . due to this reason i was forcefully ready to continue my file . but after this my file was stuck their for long time after my main mails they just reply and told me they will do my visa as soon as, after my trail of mail they tell me you are getting only 14 $ wages which was very less as committed by their Ahmadabad branch
                                    and if i am not ready with this wages they nothing do for me and will treat my file as voluntary withdraw and will not back my advance money, i need help for get back my advance money or my work visa
