I m Dr. Seema Sharma working in Hospital and posted at Haryana State. I approached the WWICS Mohali for just getting the idea of PR, Then Flood of phone Calls repeatedly by Madam Amita Narulla, She got trapped me by her smooth talk and got One Lakh 18 Thousand from me on 25 Feb, 2019, Even I didnt qualify ILETS that time
Nor she described that until I qualify for ILETS, I am not eligible for further process, after getting money, No calls I received from Amita Narulla except auto generated calls from WWICS and WES,
Then without clearing ILETS they got transcriptions of my all educational and professional certificates from universities, and did the same as Madam Narulla told then I appeared two times in ILETS and got 5.5 Band, she didnt give any detail of Age constraint or other major issues but keep on submission money after PNP express entry She demanded 50 Thousand more from me, but I dodnt give as already I have given to madam Narulla One Lac, 18 000 ( A huge amount), She deceived me . I just want justice.

    It all started from an online advertisement which I came across in June-2018, that stated “Work and settle in Canada”, which asked for my contact details if I am interested.
    Their representative called and asked a few questions about my academic and work background and convinced me that I am more than eligible to work and settle with a permanent residence visa in Canada.
    The same was shared to me on my email and i was asked to meet them at their office in Domlur, Bangalore. I met their representative Mr. Bhupathi, who explained me the whole process and convinced me how I am eligible for express entry permanent residence visa for Canada and the steps I will be following to make my profile.
    As I had further doubts, I was asked to meet there branch in-charge Mr. Jagdeesh, who again convinced me by telling me about the pros of moving to Canada and how it is a right decision for me. Hence, i was asked to make a payment of INR 94400 to WWICS.
    Moving forward, I had to meet the basic eligibility criteria’s, which included getting my education credentials certified by “World Education Services” and obtaining a score above (7, 7, 7, 8) in IELTS.
    For WES, they just made the profile online and I was supposed to run behind everything from getting the transcripts to checking if the same are delivered to WES on time to getting the final WES certification for which I had to pay an extra INR 12283. For IELTS, I was guided by their team members to join a local IELTS coaching institute, for which I had to pay INR 12500 and I scored a band of 7.5 (8.5, 7.5, 7, 7) (more than the minimum eligibility criteria) in October-2018
    Finally after getting done with all the other formalities and procedures, my profile was made active from Feb-2019 and I was asked to wait for an invitation to apply from the government of Canada and that the Express Entry draw takes place every 2 weeks or so.
    After waiting for almost 9 months and not getting any update on the same, I was advised to file for a PNP with Prince Edward Island for which they charged me INR 70799 again as their fee.
    Till now, all the payment which I had made to WWICS was for their consultation and guidance only.
    Even after all the this, nothing seemed to be working out and disappointed, I waited till Feb-2020 when I found out that my express entry profile has expired and not being renewed which I was assured of that it will be taken care by WWICS. On calling their office, I came to know that they have shut their Bangalore office permanently and the case is now handled by the Mohali team in Punjab.
    When I got in touch with the Mohali team for getting my profile renewed, I was told that the same got delayed because the Bangalore office got shut. The opportunities that i would have got during the period my profile was inactive were also lost.
    I was then shared my GC Login key and password, where I can view my profile online and can see if there are any new updates. When I logged in to my profile, I found out that I had a pending invitation to apply for a PNP from the New Brunswick government. The message was received in October- 2019 and was not even opened or checked until I opened it in Feb-2020 after my profile had expired.
    On calling their head office in Mohali, I was simply told that they will reinitiate my profile and that they had missed out on this message as the Bangalore office had shut and they will try their best to help me getting the opportunity back, which was again not possible because the profile had to be reinitiated and the previous one had expired.
    They finally reinitiated the profile in March- 2020 after a number of calls and emails from my end. As I was already fed up of their false promises, unprofessional behaviour and carelessness, I asked them to initiate a refund for the money which I had paid them for their services, for which nobody replied on email till date and on call I was told that the refund cannot be proceeded because they don’t have a policy to refund even if they mess the case up.
    Later due to lockdown, the whole process was at a halt and I again waited till October to get another chance from the Govenrment of Canada or a province when I came to know that my IELTS score has now expired and I will again have to appear for the same and get my profile reinitiated again. After all this, I had already lost all hope and energy to waste for the process. So again I mailed them regarding the refund and that how it has been so depressing for me due to their unprofessional and careless behaviour.
    Till date I have not received an answer for the same. On calling their head office, team has been asking me to wait as they are trying to take a decision with their legal team on whether to initiate the refund or not and there has been no assurance or compensation given till date except apologies.
    In total, have spent INR 203154 directly excluding the other expenses covered for obtaining the transcripts, travelling, etc.

    Anyone who value their time, money and stress levels, please stay away from this company. Not only they will waste your money, their carelessness and unprofessional behaviour will be an added stress factor for the time they pretend to provide you the services.
    Have wasted more than 2 years of my life and due to their carelessness, lost a golden opportunity for which by the way I paid them. Not only that, their casual behaviour and reluctance to take any responsibility for the same will make you doubt the very existence of this company.
    DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM, NO MATTER HOW CONVINCING THEY SOUND.

      Before we apply for visit visa for wwics dubai jot brance and they told me they give visa within 30 day but now they told gov stop visa so they can’t give visa and they didn’t want refunds our money also

        I have done all as per the WWICS people but they ditched me and my family's emotions.

            I submitted my case since jan 2016 for pr in canada in wwics ludhiana br. How many years have been passed instead of to follow my case seriously & professionally. The staff of ludhiana office showed so much irresponsibility. They have lost my hard copies of documents. 3 to 4 staff who were handling my case have been resigned. Whenever new person come to handle my case they asked again to submit the documents. They don't keep backup. So much poor service provider. Now i want refund but these people again want me to submit my all the documents. For last 4 yr 8 months these people are playing with me.

              I am mrs. Pooja resident of chandigarh. I have registered last year in the month of december with wwics for pr immigration to canada. Initially i got the calls from the office but after that no communication till date. I have already paid the amount more than 1 lakh in one go but not happy with the services. It's their duty to get in touch with us and put every effort to make our case a success. Now 7 months have passed but no call from their side and if i call then there is no reply. I was under the impression that wwics is such a big name in immigration field, i should approach them. But i was wrong. I will never recommend anyone to go and waste their time and hard earned money to these kind of companies. I want justice. I want the services to value my money. Ashish is the concerned person who is handling my case. He hardly calls and replies back and ignores all the time. I don't want to hear false promises but want results to justify my huge money paid to the company. If you can't fulfill the promise please refund the money paid as soon as possible. Looking forward to hear from you and working on the matter seriously/ constructively. Please don't prove the words we usually hear from every next person about cheating and running away with money by these immigration companies right. Do justice. Stay honest.

                Wwics is chitting with customers if customer paid huge amount for service for next day they are not receiving phone and not giving answers properly. All teams members make wrong guidance and they have no any knowledge. Stupid and i'll literal staff.

                    I am rupinder singh. 2 years back i went to wwics main branch mohali to enquire for study visa of my wife. I was guided to file pr instead of going with study visa by payal who was our counsellor. She was so confident that we can easily get pr in 12 to 13 months so we followed her instructions. They took entire amount 2 lacs 24 thousand before starting any procedure. The very initial step wes approval takes only about one month which because of them took 8 months. After enquiring from other persons i came to know that we cannot get pr from the way they are suggesting. They misguided us immensely. That was a complete mental torture. Then i took my step back and requested the refund about 1 year back as nothing was done in my process by their side. But they refused to give the money back. Therefore, i request you to help in the reimbursement of the money so that i can invest the amont in my future plans. I will be really greatful if you can look into this matter.

                      Hello,

                      I paid 45000 mad to wwics in order to get a work permit within 6 months under the francophone mobility program as promised by the ex-brunch manager mr naciri hassan, unfortunately wwcis didn’t manage to process my application afterwards i asked for the refund and so far i am still waiting since march 2018.

                      Please do the needful i am really frustrated. As per mr adil the person in charge of my case the refund is approved. See below my file references a

                        Wwics asked for documents which they need to proceed. I provided all the documents with in 24 hours. They asked me to submit manipulated experience letter (Fake experiecen letter) which i denied to provide.

                        As they can't proceed with my original documents, i asked them for refund. I am following up with them since last 18 months. They are just approving 35-40% amount which does not make sense. They did not work on my case and they want to deduct 60-65% of money.

                        Looking forward to cancel comapny's immigration license if they can proceed with fake documents. Let me know if anyone else is looking forward for a strong action against company.

                          I am suneet brar and i have wanted to avail services of wwics for my student visa to uk for masters january 2020 intake.
                          I had come to your mohali branch in october 2019 and spoken to priyanka - who is your representative. At the time she had assured me that she will help me apply to any university and any number o[censored]niversities that i want and that if the university is interested she will get me offer letter within 2 weeks.
                          I had again and again checked with her whether she will help me apply to the universities of my choice and she had said yes.
                          I trusted her words and paid rs 11800 even without a second thought. What followed was a disastrous experience.
                          What some of the people in your firm are interested in are only getting money from clients and then doing no work. After she got my money, few days later she refused to process in the universities of my choice saying they cannot. She should have told me these things before hand, rather than telling me after getting my money. To add to this, she till date has not helped me with any university that tyour firm has alliance with.
                          After that their team went missing, they showed me no progress despite repeatedly calling them again and agin.
                          They should be ashamed for being so morally corrupt and literally dupoing people. Has the team got no work ethics.
                          I wanted to escalate this issue. And now i am receiving one email out of the blue with an offer letter, this is like mocking the cleint..
                          I have included all the higher staff email ids here in the email so that they are aware that how the groound staff behaves.
                          My experience with your firm has been disastrous, it would be polite of you to refund the amount athat i had paid and by doing this you can carry forward the ethics of your company and its founders.
                          If any of the senior staff would like a detail into my experience, i can communicate with them in detail about the whole issue.

                            I have started my process for the canada immigration through express entry scheme in the 25th may 2017 from mohali branch. Wwics executive (Miss aditi) explained me the process for the canada immigration with below bullet point.
                            The process fees agreed as 97500 inr + 234 cad + 600 usd (200 usd discount agreed). Which includes the express entry scheme + pnp + wes assessment + others. Based on the above said i replied that it is expensive to me & my ilets score is not enough & i also have doubt for my degree evaluation, as i have done a customised course (Which is company sponsored). So i in favour of to go ahead with
                            Wes assessment first for better clarity. Wwics convinced to start with the process with partial payment of 97500 inr + 234 cad and rest will be made afterwards, once received the wes and ilets score. So i proceed as agreed and made payment of 97500 inr + 234 cad and submitted my resume and transcript for wes assessment.in between approx. 5 month later my case co-ordinator changed at the corporate (Case hand over to miss pooja). All commitment as agreed with the miss aditi was not fulfilled. My transcript was misplaced by the wwics and i have not received as wes assessment till october 2018 (17th month gap). I called 15 times and personaly visit approx 3-4 times. Further more due to this all harassments and my regular follow up for wes assessment (No follow up for my cases from wwics side during whole tenure). Wwics returned my transcript along with payment of 234 cad in october 2018. As explained above not even a single activity is done on my case by wwics & not even good follow up by the case co-ordinators. This all harassment does not allow me to concentrate to improve my ilets score too. The whole activity wasted my time, which makes a great impact on my career growth. All this, lack my confidence to proceed for the further with the immigration with wwics & decided. Service details.
                            No service taken ilets (As done earlier & self-preparation further), no service provided for the wes assessment.
                            No evaluation provided for the resume. No noc evaluation service provided. No service taken for express entry scheme (File not punched in pool). O no guidance provide by the case co-ordinator (Even not on telephonically).
                            No service provided for pnp. Kindly support to return my balance payment of 97500 inr with the average interest rate in my account with justification for deduction, if any at wwics end.

                              I am feeling helpless to write this that WWICS is doing unethical business, they took Rs. 80000/- as a service fees for Canada PR in pune office and in 1 week they are closed with any official information. Its total cheating. Now Head office tam is not cooperating. They are only saying we will do. I may stop myself cause i took money from Family. I come from lower middle class family with high ambition to achieve good in life as we have seen many downs in life.

                              These people are very greedy - they took amount and made fake promises.
                              Pune office Manager WWICS, Heena Parveen and Baginath Chavan. They have made my like hell.

                              I want to take help of Media for sure but if these feel cooperate in such a manner so that i can work properly. I have referred one of my friend and she also paid the same and facing same issue and she is yelling on me.

                              Mohali Head office - Poonam Minhas and Farha.

                              Detailed - 30th November 2019 paid payment and 7th December 2019 office got closed without any information. Such a unprofessional company. I want my and my referred clients money back.

                              I hope this forum may help me on the same.

                                Wwics rajouri garden branch delhi unnecessary harassed me

                                1st harassment is that they didn't informed me before signing the contract with them that i have to visit mohali head office for submitting my son's study visa documents.

                                2nd harassment was caused to me and my son when i was not informed about the deadline of submitting the study visa in canadian embassy.

                                3rd harassment was caused to me and my son when we were not told about the fact that without the gic certifcate we can't apply for study visa.

                                4th harrasment was caused to me and my son when we went to mohali head office and they told us to provide a document called backlog letter from college.

                                5th harassment that we both faced is that, even after providing all the documents and the credit card information, our study visa filling is still pending as on 29th nov., where the deadline is 30th november.

                                Now i will explain to you in detail and with the documents :

                                1. On receiving loa letter from the canadian college and after paying the full fee my son signed a contract with wwics rajouri garden delhi branch office and mrs. Shifali was our authorized agent. The contract form and the fee reciept to wwics is attached

                                2. Because of her negligence we were late in openning the gic account. And when we opened the gic account, she never told us to deposit the amount on time as the bank takes 5-10 or may be more days to send the gic certificate. When she told us we deposited the needed amount in it. Then she told us that without gic certificate we cannot submit the documents for study visa and further told us that 30th november.'19 was the deadline to submit the documents when we came to know this we immediately contacted the new scotia bank on live chat. The bank said they wont help us in this matter and would act according to the process which means that we would get the gic certificate maybe on 29th nov or with in 29th november. (The document of live chat with the bank is attached). Then on the next day i contacted my bank and ask for the swift copy. After e-mailing swift copy of the amount deposited in scotia bank i recieved my gic cetificate with in 2 hours, on the same day. All these efforts were done by us without getting any assistance from the wiics delhi branch office.

                                2, in the meantime, i asked shifali to let us know about any other documents needed for study visa as we had very less time. She told me to pay rs 2360 for the sop letter as their lawyer will take three days to prepare the letter. I deposited the required amount in the axis bamk on 20th november 2019. Till now ie. 29th november '19, we haven't recieved any sop letter.

                                3. On 23rd nov.'19 we went to the branch office to fixed an appontment with the mohali head office. Shevali was absent so we met miss simran. She made us to fill the forms on the computer. I and my son requested her to fixed the appointent for monday in order to save the time. As shivali was absent o she refused to do so as she was not authorized to do so. Then on monday ie 25th nov'19 we met shivali to recheck all the documents and we got the appointment for
                                Tuesday ie. On 26th nov'19. The finalized checklist in her handwriting is attached.

                                Now from here i will explain the negligence and misbehaviour of the wiics mohali head office employees

                                1. On reaching mohali headoffice on 26th nov.'19 on the scheduled time at 2:00 pm, we met mr. Gurmeet singh. After checking all the documents he asked us to provide a backlog letter from the college where my son studied. Now the question arises
                                Q1. How in such a short period we would be able to provide the document from delhi? And

                                Q2' why we were not informed about this document by the delhi branch office
                                2. Further he told us a shocking news that without this letter he would not send the documents for assessment to their lawyer on requesting him, mr. Anil, who was gurmeet's senior told us to try to avail the letter and in the meantime he would send my son's document for assessment, which further would take 2 days to return from the lawyer.

                                3. On the same day we came back to delhi and reached at
                                1: 00 am. On 27th nov '19.in the morning aproximately at
                                11:30 am i called shivali and asked her why she did't tell me about the backlog letter. She told me that this document was not mandatory and would tell gurmeet to send the documents for assessment to the lawyer in canada.

                                4. Next day ie. On 28th nov.'19 i called gurmeet to know the status of my son 's file and he shocked me by telling that he had told shifali to send an e-mail to authorize him to start the process without the backlog letter. I never recieved this information from shibvali. Then i asked mr. Gurmeet that if he hadn;t recieved any mail from me he could have contacted me either by e-mail or me or on the phone. He cut off the phone without any response.

                                5. Then i called mr. Anil and he told me that he would be looking after our file now and would send it to the lawyer for assessment. He further asked me to send the credit card details to pay the fee for submitting the documents to the embassy for study visa. The email of giving authorization to process the file and credit card is attached.

                                6. Now the current situation is that it's 29th nov '19 and still my son's visa filing has not been done inspite of providing all the documents including credit card details. Further mr anil missled us by saying that by today he would sumbit the documents for study visa to the embassy.

                                7. 30th nov is the last date of submitting the file for study visa. Now you tell me what to do?

                                Moreover the branch office breached their contract where it was written that the fee for processing the study visa should be paid via cheque or demand draft. Where they took cash from me. Further, the amount rs 11800 was the fee for services which include
                                1. Shortlisting universities and course (We dindn't provide this service from them }
                                2. Assisting the clint in preparing study visa (Which was not provided to me with unprofessional and unethical behavior)

                                  Wwics is the biggest immigration fraud company one can ever came across. After giving my ielts exam i approached wwics in january 2018 at their head office in mohali.
                                  Upon visiting, one of their consultant named mr. Abhishek soni attended me and gave me assurance that i will get my pr with 7 bands overall known the fact that my express entry score far below (368) the selection criteria which actually is above 430 most of the times. He told me that they would file my case under pnp program and will file my case with 4-5 provinces of canada and will get assured pr within 6-12 months time. Upon agreeing to his fasle statements i paid him rs 10, 000 in cash and the rest of amount rs 1, 43, 400 was paid through neft in advance for their services. When i met him first he also made it sure that my calls will be answered timely. But after my case started few weeks later my calls were left unattended. My national national occupational classification (Noc) code was 1241 of administrative assistant which was in the demand lists of various provinces but upon the creation of my express entry profile in the month of may by doing mindless delays in creation of profile they created it with the noc code of 1221 administrative officers which was not in the demand list of provinces. With that they created my profile in pnp program of prince edward island (Pei) one of province of canada under which my score was 49. Upon asking calling numerous times in a day mr abhishek soni would told me that it would take for about 2-3 months that province would nominate me for permanent residency. Upon asking when are the other provinces opening for nomination he would say very soon. But after 3-4 months when i asked him that pei has not nominated me, he gave a very foolish reason that now they will not nominate because they only nominate candidates within 2-3 months. They continuously did this till the end of december 2018 when i asked the remaining provinces which they promised me to upload my profile in. Even one of their consultant named ajit singh told me many times on phone call that i wont be nominated because my score was very low. Then i was confirmed that they were cheating upon me. They harassed me wasting 2 years of my life. Their services were unethical in nature as well as all their promises were vague. My case was under the name of dream care management & immigration consultancy services. Since the beginning they have provided very poor services and charged hefty sums of money knowing the fact that i wont get pr for canada as my score was very low. I want the full refund of my money as well as the compensation for misleading me for such a long time.

                                    It's been 3 years, wwics made us fool like anything... Case was not at all lodged by these people for more than a year after submitting the relevant docs.
                                    Besides, despite paying service charges of approximately 2 lacs, we were not even told about the credentials assessment procedures and for that negligience not even crs got tapered off in fact i had to repay the charges to wes as well... Now the file is again out of pool and asking for more money to drop it in pool. I completely fail to understand that what actions were taken against what i paid earlier wasn't worth even as 10/- and again. They expect me to repay... I recommend all of the people who are sailing in the same boat like that do not keep quiet and take action against this fraud company.

                                      They are big fraud & invited in their planned trapped seminar for uk residency (Tier1 entrepreneur visa) & there said take greece pr as u can go anywhere in europe included uk & took money more then 180000. Then bidhan[protected], rohit n others trapped for greece & also did forge my signs & afterwards no 1% work & communication. Even not refunded money.

                                        This was the last option left apart from going for legal action against the fraud immigration company called wwics.

                                        Trouble started from the day when my money was stuck to get my wes done. Representative was staggering as the cash money what was collected from me was never used to apply for my wes application. It delayed the entire process by 4 months. Post that i requested to hold the application and asked to process refund application.

                                        After a month i got to told that my refund application was rejected as delayed in providing the documents within stipulated time while the funny part is delay was caused from their end.

                                        I again contacted the local representative names maitri and followed up multiple times to put forward the request again as the reason of rejection of my application was absolutely invalid and absurd. Post that i was in touch with their representative called rajni, who again kept stating that she has again asked legal team to consider the application and i had to follow up several times for more than a month to get the conclusion. Today i was told that it has been rejected and there was no apologies or even sense of showing empathy with the customer who is suffering because of your internal challenges and flaws in process.

                                        Completely fraud and cheat company. I wasted my money and time both.
