We have applied for file application for pr in january 2018 (1.5 years ago) by paying the full fee upfront (As called a pre-requisite) to the ludhiana branch office located near bhaiwala chowk. Nothing has been done so far with my file accept asking for noc on the mail. The person who pursuaded me to file had left the job and even the other dealing hand. Many false promises were made before payment but all in vain. We had paid huge sum of money (1.25 lakhs) but the services are not upto the mark. Even the agreement was made on false promises by your staff. After payment, they pay no heed towards their clients which is really irritating. Its been already 1.5 years and they have not done anything with our file yet, moreover we have dropped the idea for immigration after such a long span of time. Therefore, we want full refund of my payment at the earliest. We have all the cheque details with us when the payments were made. We donot want any other excuse or any other dealing with this firm as we have been harrased a lot already. We just need our full payment back. My file number as assigned by thses people was fsn:124225.

    I am an ex-serviceman from indian army and resident of tanki road, muradnagar, ghaziabad u. P., on 4th aug 2018 i visited wwics mohali head office and applied for canada pr on their assessment report as eligible candidate. They told me to pay 155000 + gst =182900/- which i paid in 2 installment, they told that whole process will take 10-12 months and in the mean time need to get eca (Educational credential assessment) from wes (World education society) by paying fee of 12500/- and also appear for ielts exam. With these two results my file will be log in. I get my eca report on 12 feb 2019 and scored 6.5 band in ielts in the month of may 2019. On providing both the documents they told me that to apply for express entry minimum 67 points are required while i have only 55 points.in that case nothing is possible in my case.
    So i ask them to refund my money but they start to ignore and neither responding on phone nor replying on mail.
    It is my hard earn and saved money which i gave them for a bright future of my family but this company is cheating the people.
    It is requested to take a favorable action and help me to get my money back.

      We consulted wwics for canada pr file and we paid all the due amount required to be paid.
      Since there wasn't any proactive communication from these folks, we requested for status/refund, we been informed that we did not pay money which was due to 3 different files created without our consent and notice.

      Now when we are asking refund they are refusing and being non responsive.

        Fsn 120590. I am monika galhotra from moga and was trying to file pr from wwics which is my bigger mistake. Ms harpreet kaur called me for pr process to australia she called near about 60 to 70 times when i was coming to their office from moga. When i visited the office she told me that i[censored] will get 6 band in each module then you will be eligible and i made the initial payment of rs 103500 via chq no 320096 on 18 march 2017. After that i have given payment of assessment of rs 12000 pp. Then i have given any lawer fee to essel finance of rs 34300 on 17/04/2017. After 7 or 8 months i came to know that my profile was not open in australia and i called ms harpreet after so many calls and arguments she agreed that your profile is not open then we visited and she forced me to convert the file for canada pnp and ask me to deposit near about rs 7000. If she knrw that nothing is happening then y she was so exited for payments. Nobody has waste payment. I need my refund as soon as possible. I will never recimment wwics to anybody. Worst services.

        No refund since oct 2018.no one picks up calls, even if they do they show a lot of attitude as if they are paying from their pocket. no proper guidance to immigration too. extremely poor service

          I am not happy with the service provided by wwics pune team manager & team. There pune branch manager was arrogant, rude, un-professional. When i highlighted this to there head office they are responding on that only thing they have said is i am not eligible for refund & you don't have enough documents to apply for refund, in case they never ever mention about refund require documents & send my application without documents to head office, i get reply about not eligible. They really in rude & arrogant behavior. I'm requesting all, please do not involve in such fraud consultants companies.

            In April 2017 me and my wife approached WWICS (World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services) office in Sharjah - UAE for our daughter's admission in a good Canadian university. Our first meeting was with Ms. Areeba Ansari, who gave a very rosy picture of her agency. She not only assured us of our daughter's admission in a Canadian university with a good scholarship, but also through her sweet talk, convinced us to go for their Canadian PR program, which she promised to be completed within 6 months from the application date. Seeing her enthusiasm and backed by her assurance, my wife became the primary applicant for their PR program. Very cleverly we were made to pay approx. Dhs. 11.5K for the two service packages in one shot, to avail their so-called on-going promotional discount at that time! Once complete payment was received by the agency, our sordid ordeal with WWICS began:
            1. In the initial Counseling Report given to us by Ms. Areeba, mostly the fee structure was explained to us in detail. This was the only piece of hardcopy / soft copy report which we received from WWICS. We were not given any other reports such as Evaluation Report, CRS Valuation Report, etc... There was no proper step-by-step procedure, course of action or time-line provided to us in writing.
            2. We are based in UAE since many years and our applications for both the service packages were submitted at WWICS Sharjah office. However, in our initial meeting with Ms. Areeba, we were not informed that all the correspondence, documentation, dealings / proceedings with Canadian authorities will be done from WWICS HO in India. If we were informed about this fact in advance, we would have never initiated our case with WWICS!
            3. At a later stage, we did not even receive any information or email stating that our files will be handled by some other staff member and not Ms. Areeba, as she was only handling sales. We continued writing to her to which she neither had the courtesy to respond nor inform us that she is not handling our case anymore, Our both cases were then handed-over to Ms. Sily Mer in customer service department. As a result, replies to our initial queries went unanswered or were dragged into months.
            4. WWICS never shared any username and password against our applications to be on-board their portal to check & follow the progress of our application by ourselves. We were not given proper information about the updated status on the progress of our case files.
            5. Our daughter lost a major scholarship from one of her preferred Universities due to sheer carelessness of Ms. Silky Mer who was handling her file. Since the username & password were never shared with us and by the time she checked, the deadline to apply for the scholarship to York University had already gone!
            6. The vital fact that, the age difference by 1 year for the primary applicant will reduce 1 point from the total CRS score was also not informed to us by Ms. Areeba. The initial overall score required from IELTS test was informed to us as 6.5 points, which was later changed to 7.5 points in each module. So my wife was made to write the IELTS test thrice, to achieve the desired score!
            7. Only after 1.5 years of our contact with WWICS Sharjah office, we came to know that there was a Check List for Express Entry Application according to which all the documents were supposed to be submitted and also there was an Express Entry Application Form which was supposed to be filled-in and submitted at the initial stage itself! After many weeks of submitting all the documents as mentioned & required by WWICS, they came back to us for some more pending documents or corrections required.
            8. The very detailed Express Entry Forms which we were given to us to be fill-up by hand could have been filled up online by us. However, hand written Express Entry Forms were submitted to WWICS staff, who filled it up online and then send it back to us for re-checking - unnecessarily wasting more time. Surprisingly, once we were also told that some forms are missing or incomplete and needed to be filled up in the native language (Hindi)!
            9. WWICS office in Sharjah was just acting as a typing / documentation office and all our documents were being forwarded to their HO in India without even checking the same. In many other documents as well, false and vague information was filled up by WWICS HO staff and then sent back to us for our review and rectification.
            10. In-spite of providing detailed personal history forms for my daughter & wife, wrong facts and information were filled up by their HO staff and we had to rectify and resend the forms again to them. Still both the forms came back to us for approval and signature with the wrong details.
            11. Even after my repeated reminders and e-mails, I never received any reply for my question - How WWICS is helping us in finding suitable jobs in Canada? which was part of the service package offered to us. Mostly all the documentation was being done as a formality with zero work being done on the ground in reality.
            12. One-sided and biased replies against our complains and concerns were given to us by their branch manager - Ms. Jyothi Kumari, as if we have done some grave mistake by approaching WWICS. She never took responsibility for the lapse of coordination and negligence of her staff.
            13. Many times false information was provided to us such as - our application has already been applied online to Canada Government and at the same time when I asked them to show some proof of their claim, Ms. Jyothi said - "How can we submit your application without your signature & confirmation"!
            14. Ms. Jyothi also did not like our e-mails to be marked c.c. to all the departments and HO of WWICS, as it showed total carelessness, un-professionalism and inefficiency of her team, which incurred so much damage to us in terms of opportunities, time and money.
            15. There was severe Lack of coordination and communication between WWICS Sharjah staff and their HO staff in India, as well as with us. There was absolutely no transparency in their dealings, no proper and timely answers to our e-mails and it has been us only requesting all the meetings with their staff. - No initiative or proper feedback / update received from their staff in-spite of our repeated reminders and telephone calls.
            Frankly speaking, ultimately we got sick and frustrated about the delays happening due to the lack of professionalism, miscommunication, wrong information & negligence received from WWICS agency and the casual manner in which both of our cases were handled. We believe WWICS has done more damage to us than good while handling both our cases. After suffering nearly two years none of the 2 service packages were delivered by WWICS. Finally our daughter went to Canadian university on her own merit, research and hard work and we applied for our Canadian PR through another internationally renowned immigration agency.
            I am requesting all prospective immigrants - Please do not trust or engage with this pathetic & fraud immigration agency - WWICS, as it is a big scam company which will somehow swindle your hard earned money and deliver you nothing!!

              I am not happy with the service they have provided me. There pune branch manager was arrogant, rude, un-professional. When i highlighted this to there head office they are responding on that only thing they have said is i am not eligible for refund where in there are so many service they have promised me but they are failed to do so. I understand that i am lacking with my ielts score however they failed to provide time to time feedback, consultation & services which they promised me. I told them clearly i am still interested in immigration service but not with them because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour. Now when i ask for my refund they clearly denied that i am jot eligible for it. I need this to be raised. I have all the proofs where i was chasing them for feedback & consultation. When i enrolled for the program i told them i want to know about pr as well as education visas. They stated to start with the services i have to sign up for express entry & in the meantime they will check for education options in hotel management but they took consultation fees but after that they hardly communicated with me. When i went to the pune branch to complain about it the branch manager was rude. I also have that recording. Please can you let me what can be done in this case.

                Fsn: 134358 by name of kunal these guys wrongly represented by saying take greece pr & then you can work in uk & go. & taken fee rs.28000 refundable mentioned then i go through with online search & found they r saying may be wrong.

                So i told to bidhan (Manger met in gk branch) again n again so he stop responding properly.
                & after that till today no further action taken even after to promise will pay back.

                  I had certain queries regarding the proceedings of my canada immigration for which my husband mr. Ujjal bakshi had called your kolkata centre consecutively for 3 days to speak to ms. Sukanya, despite of calling your office these three days again and again on different occasions he was either told that ms sukanya is busy in a meeting and will call back or he was even asked to hold the phone for a long time saying the call would be connected to her but that didn’t happen either and finally he was told that she would call him back but till date he has not received any call from her.
                  Please understand that we reside out of india and it is not possible for us to come to your office for every single thing which we had made it very clear in the beginning itself. As a client we have the right to be able to talk to your contact person in your office. My husband is in kolkata now and i will be really grateful if contact person would call my husband on his mobile to answer our queries.

                    Dear sir/madam
                    With reference to our contract no. W-[protected] dated 5 sep 2018, we would like to inform you that near 7 months ago we searched to find any suitable consultor to help us for immigration to the canada or may be any other countries.
                    Finally wwics of iran motivated us to make contract with them and after consulting with one of their employer, ms javaherian, she calculated our points near 462 and our files told us by this point you can immigrate in two ways : 1- federal 2- states of canada.
                    We paid more two participates in two ways after signing the contract on the date of 5. Sep.2018. Near 2 months wwics iran did not do any thing for us. Just told me you should collect your documents, after while we did and on the january 2019 we delivered all our documents to the mr beheshti (Employer of wwics iran) he took soft and hard copies of the documents. After 2 months from that day we were astonished why wwics iran did not follow our files and also did not call us, we called them to speak with ms javaherian employer of wwics iran. She told us “your file is under proceed do not be worried” after 1 month when we went to the company{ wwics iran) we understood that mr beheshti the person who took our documents was quited, and all our documents were lost.
                    Firstly why mrs javaherian told us lie, how we can leave our files was under proceed in this condition, really how?!!!
                    Mean while mr ayyaz employer of wwics told us “ your point is 350 and you can not apply for federal way!!!
                    Your activities just make us disappointed, we have paid 100% of contract at first with out any reasonable conclusion.
                    Please help us to solve our problem why the calculate dour points wrongly while the knew our points just they wanted to make a benefit for the companyand this is the worst advertisement of the wwics intn.
                    “excuse me it is like swindling” i am looking forward to hearing from you asap.

                      Hi,

                      This is regarding immigration facility provided by company called wwics with head quarter in chandigarh, and regional office in kolkata.

                      I was looking for immigration in canada as skilled worked. So based on a session conducted by wwics, we had registered in wwics services in 2017 around nov, and have made the payment of entire amount demanded by them for the services. We were being told that both myself and my spouse would be considered as primary applicant and hence the application would be proceeded accordingly.

                      There was numerous phone calls asking to register and make the payment to avail the service of make one payment and avail offer of applying both individual as primary applicant.

                      However soon the payment was made the sequence of events followed as under:
                      1. We were being told to give ietls, apart from which nothing could be done. Not even documentation proceeding etc can be done till we would give ielts.
                      2. No email on any alert, no follow up, no news letter comes to any of our email id, not even any phone calls for any updates or any follow ups happends.
                      3. One person asks for some documentation like the resume, we provide her the resume and then the chain email continues for correcting the format of resume and then it suddenly stops.
                      4. We are being again told without ielts they can do nothing.
                      5. We proceed with ielts on june 2018 and contact them for further guidance.
                      6. There is no support over email, phone call, we need to visit them each and every time we had any simple of support needed.
                      7. Now there is again another new person, and then again we are given an array of documentation and asked to provide the same.
                      8. We provide them with the documentation in early 2019 and followed up.
                      9. They merely filed my case, and then stopped doing anything.
                      10. No response on spouse application no response on any phone call or email. It was on this condition that we had actually proceeded with wwics.
                      11. No update on my case where is it lying and what would be done thereafter.
                      12. We have no clue, numerous calls gets unanswered and not sure what are they upto.

                      Since we are no where near to any of the service promises made by them, i just want the amount which we submitted to them to be refunded back, compensation for the harassment.
                      We travelled multiple times to them to just get only false promises.

                        I paid 2 lacs for immigration of two o[censored]s. Wwics was very cooperative until i paid the money. They told me in 6 months the procedure will be complete. Once i paid the money they started ignoring calls. When visiting the office they started to shout made fun of me. They threatened to not provide the service. They said its not possible. They then filed an assessment without permission using the credit card provided earlier for payment. Then after a year later they sent me a negative assessment. There was no effort on their part. They didn't take sufficient docs. They just did something & said its done.

                          We apply for canada in wwics chandigarh branch with file no. 115147 in name of kiran bala. Where they ask us if work not done they will send us 100% refund. Also our file not submit in anywhere.
                          After 2 year we ask for refund which they will refused. I have all proofs of my documents which we submit in time and other queries we full fill in time.
                          Plz help us for issue our full money with services tax as we not receive any services from there

                            Dear all,
                            In may 2017 ive given money to wwics immigration (Sector-22 chandigarh) to apply quebec pr with 5.5 ielts bands as they said we will provide you pr within 8-12 months. They took 1.13 lakh ruppes to me but they did not even apply their for pr[protected]. Now around 1.5 years has spent like that. They just said rules has change and you have to improve your ielts score.
                            First they were saying within 5.5 bands you will get pr.
                            Secondly they change their statement and said you need 6 bands overall.
                            But when i have gotten 7 overall bands now they are saying you need 8777 bands in ielts.
                            Ive give 5 times that ielts exam and spent 5*12000 ruppes on ielts.
                            When i ask them to make refund my money then they saying we will refund you only[protected] ruppes. They will deduct tax money even they did not even apply for pr so dont know for what they are applying tax.

                            Wwics immigration is totally so please never ever give money or visit to them. Ive losse my 1.13 lakh and 1.5 years till now.

                            Wwics said I will qualify for express entry I have 10+2+ diploma in civil engineering from west Bengal state council of technical education they said it will be treated as graduation and took 120000 upfront and not doing any work for me the WES assessment is struck and file not moving ahead.

                              i have registered my CANAND PR Services to WWICS, dubai before I paid they agents Mr allen & his manager Mr Wajahad contact me regularlly and explain and force me to pay immediately almost Upto AED 10k and after i paid fees no one contact me even if i am calling or sending mail also no one response, even i am asking to cancelles my request and pay me back my money but they didn’t accept and told me I will not get AED 1 .pls short this isses and retrun back money i was paid to fees as of now
                              My case was handling by Mr wajahad & Mr Allen now they are working in business bay branch WWICS, Dubai, UAE

                                unprofessional attitude, harassment to client, withholding information

                                My wife payel bajpayee and me had applied for permanent residency (Pr) in canada through wwics, as immigration consultants. Our crs score is very high (471). While submitting the documents to the gc profile, wwics had done some glitches which they not sharing with us.                                 Greetings of the day,

                                Concerned to the matter, i the client of your
                                Wwics bangalore, with file no:-90917, had applied in the month of june 2015.
                                This is to inform that, at the time when i visited your branch mr:-khalid was the concerned person as branch manager whom my case was requested and henceforce in he's considration my case was been asked to handle by mr :-shivakumar. M. S who was the territory sales manager, in your branch. As we were in touch in the meantime, he asked me to update all of my documents and my complete required things by my side. And asked me to pay the first registration fees of rs:-85500/- inr. And did it as he said but after a couple of weeks i came across that mr :- shivakumar. M. S has left and resigned the company. And after him mr :- khalid was the concerned person to whom my case was been taken forward with all my complete documents later after 3 year's the been passed in 2018 month of april / may, nothing was done with my file and no any updates from bangalore branch was given to me. And i use to call the head office and a lady called ethipriya use speak with me all the time when ever i called the head office and she finally when no outcome was their she asked me to contact the bangalore branch. Later i decided to visit the bangalore branch, and i did so met to mr :- khalid and had a word with him,
                                He explained me and adviced me to go head with a refund of my registration amount. And on he's advice i took the decision to go to a refund and a hard copy form of refund was provided to me, according to the requirements i filled all the mentioned in the form,
                                And by mr :-khalid request he's branch colleague named :- munmun, was asked to drop a receipt of mail with the copy of the form by her to me. But didn't do that till now i don't have any of the copy with me now. Now i came across that mr :-khalid has been transferred to dubai, and is no more concerned to bangalore branch, hence i called and found that mr :- jagadeesh is the concerned branch manager now.
                                Hence i request you to please get refund my registration amount of rs:- 85500/- what i have paid for the arrangement of registration.
                                Therefore, you're requested to refund the fee paid by me of rs:- 85500/- in case as per the agreement signed by me with the wwics ltd and their associated companies.

                                But now after mr:- jagadeesh, the couple of months have been passed, as i was promised that sure my refund will be got it done by meantime, again the same story has arrived in the place. That now mr:- jagadeesh has got
                                Transferred from bangalore branch. Now at the time of my registration amount refund many a things are going wrong, i am asking you the amount which i have paid to your company not i'm asking for loan to me from your side.

                                Please kindly do the needful at the earliest with the obligue.

                                  C[protected]/93267-deepak is the ref no. I paid 8500 aed to wwics dubai upfront 2 years back & they promised a good service / advisory & a promise of refund i. E. At any stage they can refund my money after deduction of some amount (As per service % availed). Now when i requested them they are not paying it all & even not responding my mail. No service was provided still i am ok for a negotiation but they simply want to eat my hardcore money & forcing me to file a complaint in dubai court by using my local influence. Please resolve it on the basis of business ethics & logical analysis (I. E. Simply deduct on what service i used & refund rest). My name is deepak pathak.                                   If we delay a single day then you apply penalty & here you are saying several days!!!

                                  This shows the level of Customer service or top management mindset!!

                                  I want a resolution ( Ethical & Logical by keeping customer situation / concern in mind rather than a standard statement)ASAP!!

                                    I would like to warn everyone before approaching wwics. I made a huge mistake by trusting them. They made so many errors at every stage of application, did not meet the promised timeline, very unprofessional, their attitude is totally different after you pay the fees. You just don’t exist for them anymore. Worst was they send my whole pnp file to some stranger with all my personal details. I must have called them 100 times and messaged officially for withdrawal of our case and refund our money as i don’t trust them with my personal information any more. They don’t pick up my phone and if they do, they find some excuse and cut the phone. Last 3 months have been the most stressful because of them. Some one please help me

                                      In reference to above mentioned file number, understand from wwics executive that the application has been terminated by the operation jobs, growth and long-term prosperity act in the year 2013 due to disqualification, however this was never conveyed to me any time by their organisation.

                                      Since there is a failure at their end to act as my true representative and hiding information for so long and without sharing any update to myself, i urge them to refund all the amount deposited with you along with the interest.

                                      However no cooperation from them.
