Wwics is the big fraud company and i will suggest to other people please do not visit there and they will take only money from you... They will trap you and also convince... Four months has to go but they didn't any update and they just only time waste with you on conversation... Take a legal action on them... Deepika khanna, priyanka and my agent arvind... They took a big amount of money from me... Please guys don't trust wwics they just show you that your case is strong but it's not...

My name is nisha vasudeva and i had filled for canada pr on 22 july 2017. Since i have been waiting for your answer or any updates from last 4 months which commited that within four months will be in pool category but we believe wwics services have worst services i have ever seen so please apart from any hassel please refund my money back in full amount 100300/- as per agreement... It is as per only convinced by their company... I just want my money back as per as soon..

This is inform you that that on january 2015 telphonic and skype interview held by you with estevan eavestroughing & exteriors inc

But after that no followup and no calls from your end whenever we have called simply all executive gave fake excuses

Now its clear to us that no followup no process is going on,, as per deepika kanna, rohit chopra is excellent then why case is not processed he already provide you all supporting docs 10 years experience his diploma of civil engineering etc.. Now might be we are fool that we trust to wwics. Every body stopped us not go for wwics now we are relised that we are wrong

Comitment is comitment if you said that with in 15 to 18 month got the result then why you extend the same if you are not sure you have no rights to take the amount and you have also confirm before taking payment that it depends on interview or it will take 2 to 3 years

I also want to draw your attention about our cases
The details are as follows :

1. Case no 28625 filed on may 2005 which is detained by you in which you are also fail to provide hrdc where my uncle provide hrdc from his friend s company garry construction comp situated in canada (Salary 5000 cad + incentive) in 2007/2008

2. Case no 84953 sinp under express entry filed on nov 2014 deal by tajinder singh in chandigarh he assure that in 6 months you will get job letter and you will be in canada after 18 months. Marketing and good salemanship is good but it should not be fraud

We need written statement for further process and plz avoid us for fake interviews it will spoil your company image and you have take time to know the review by market that what people think about your company

Iam sure after this recent interview you will take trap us for more 2 or 3 years but little hope that might be i am wrong and its none of our business that you didnt have employers for civil engineering field

Im writing behalf of my husband iam working in uaeexchange dealing with touirst visa and m gram foriegn currencies i have issued so many tourist visas of canada and i know there is lot of difference in tourist and pr cases /sinp cases but only want to draw your attention that i know each and every thing about my product but you unprofessional staff gave excuses all time i have attached my visa files if i will do the same behaviour company will sack me immidiately like your staff doing

In this case total harassment to me and my husband and my 4 years baby. I have put cc to all and also attached my tourist which is issued with in my comitment period its mandatory because case is based on commitment

Hope now your reply will assure us that you will speedup our case and i dont want fake interviews i need written statement from your end how many months you will take and plz never commit your future client that we will take result in 15 to 18 months

I was visited wwics jalandhar branch for canada trv inquiry on 08/09/2017 and meet with mr. Varun kumar. I express my interest for visit canada by 08/10/17. After discussion he told me to deposit 23600/- for process my trv (Canada) application. I was made a payment through my credit card & deposit required all documents after assuring time limit. He made a internal agreement and give it to me for next level of process.

I visited again for update status of my trv on 11/09/17, i was surprised because he demand more 5000/- or provide me two reference for visa process.
I agree to pay 5000/- amount because of i want to process my application without any delay.
He ask me to came office on sep. 12 for meeting with centre head (Mr. Aswani). He discuss my case and ask me for withdraw and take refund trv application amount within a week. * region provided 1. "we are unable to complete the trv process in given time frame". 2. "case not approved by ho".

Next week i visited for taken my refund cheque but mr. Varun ask me for visit agin next week on 28/09/17.
I visited office again but he made the same excuse and taken 5 days more. Again i visited office but he made a same excuse. He ask me for came on 04/09/2017. I visited again but he made same excuse and request me to give one week more.
This cycle happen with me every week till today. Today morning mr. Balram call me and ask "your cheque will be made and available in mohali office". We will give you by saturday.

I express the interest for collect my cheque form mohali office because i am available in mohali. He tell me to update within half hour. I will call for update but they people ignore my call, given me excuses till evening.

When i call on evening the clarify my check was not made till now.

I want to lounge a legal complaint against mr. Varun kumar (Manager) wwics jalandhar branch for made a fraud with me and taken rs. 23600/- (Twenty-three thousand six hundred).

I also want to clam for mental harassment, ignorance within trv process and refund time.

One madam her name ugti narang she is very much cheated girl. She misguide me and mu family. I agree to deduct some charges no problem like 5 thousend. But they deduct 60% of my ammount. Hi team,

I have been cheated by wwis group. I paid more than 3000 $ (2, 00, 000 + indian rupees) for getting no services at all. All false assurance by wwics, no reply after receiving the money.

I deserve all my money back. I have been scammed by rajourie garden delhi branch.

I requested for refund in april, 2016 for the payment i made for canada express entry system.

As per the company i was eligible for express entry and was assured to get the pr with particulars.

But unfortunately, the calculations done by wwics rajourie branch was far away from real situation.

I request for refund and it was accepted for some amount which was to be paid as a fees to the canadian high commission.

Its already been 10 months not but i do not received any refund nor any update.

Please look into the matter and process this as soon as possible as its already been too late.

Hi am ravnit kaur i apply for futher study in canada through wwics in kpu university tell today i not recivied my offer latter i apply in april last week for offer latter but tell toady i not recivied my offer latter wwics giving me 3 to 4 weeks time
They are playing with my future i request to u please look into this matter because they not play with other students future like me

This is regards to our case with wwics fsn 94826. Mr. Mohnish from the gurgaon batch called us when we asked for refund. He has been threatening us as we have reported the incident to social media. Now when we ask for refund they tell us do whatever it takes but they will not refund the money. The company and people working there are fraud. They are harassing me.

First of all, I feel I made a grave mistake by signing my file with Ms. Vidisha Darpan (WWICS), who rendered no customer service and rather left the organization with me being clueless on whom should I approach for support.

I had opened my file on 25th December 2015. Due to unforeseen/personal circumstance, I had to change my file from Australia to Canada. This was challenging task as WWICS was asking to pay and open a new file all together (whereby I hadn’t even provided any documents other than signed the contact) this went on for 4-6 months. Finally, WWICS agreed to change my file from Australia to Canada.

When the file changed from Australia to Canada, I had requested Mr. Gaurav Anand to make my husband primary applicant, as he is banker with 15+Year experience (Banking Operations). However, I was misled by him saying my husband needs an MBA to be able to apply for Canadian Immigration irrespective of his work experience (He is an Engineer in Electronics & Communications). He further suggested, the only option we have is that I should be the primary applicant.

In order to begin the process, I requested my university to provide me attested transcripts and degree from my university. However, WWICS head office rep Mr. Pukhraj informed me he cannot process the file as the document needs to be attested by my university (Purvanchal University) instead of my college (I already paid, INR 15000 to get this job done over an above AED 12-14K AED paid to WWICS). I am not in position to supply this document as my college affiliation with Purvanchal University is null and void, and they are now affiliated with Kashi Vidyapeeth University.

The only solution, I could think was to make my husband the primary applicant; for which I was informed my Sarita & Pukhraj that I need to pay additional AED 3000.00 which I am not ok as this is not my fault. Since 25th December 2015 until today it’s been almost 1.5 years, I honestly do not want to waste any more time. Please help me close this matter asap as I do not wish to prolong it anymore.

P.S Over an above the charges I have already paid, WWICS is asking an additional charge from me of AED 5000 approx for provincial nominee program whereby for new file your charges about AED10-12K including everything.

I am vinod fsn: 94542. First let me say what wwics consultant said, they said that i can easily get australian pr with 3 years of exp and good points in pte. I had those and i applied via wwics, but to get 5 points for work experience we need at least 4.5 years of experience since acs deducts 1.5 years of experience and calculates only remaining of it. So wwics asked to apply state wise and i have been said that they have applied but i haven't provided with any information on that.

First why provide false commitments on years of experiance even though you know the procedure, i need a refund i have paid for post landing services also which i think so no longer needed. So provide me a refund.

WWICS, Today I have visited your Rajouri garden New Delhi branch around 5PM, to get some information about Immigration for my Wife. However, my experience is totally Pathetic. I have met with a lady(Name not Remind) who has filled with full of Annoyance and Attitude. It might be possible that someone told her to deal with customer whilst she wants to go their home one hour prior from their normal official timing, not know the exact cause behind.

The way she carries herself and deal with client was catastrophic. She has tried their level best to show their Aggression and Attitude to me. It seems like I am dealing with some unprofessional staff who has no sense for their obligations.

Regardless, to understanding the fact that Client is the one who is going to pay your consultancy.

In fact in the short conversation, whatever the information she has provided is unlike with certainty.

If your Consultancy or Staff is not changing the way of their Customer dealing. It will definitely bring some serious adverse effects for WWICS.

I enrolled with their services on March 2016 in Pune. In my profile evaluation i got CRS of 391.My FSN 93872.Mrs Renu Chadda Branch manager gave me false commitment that the CRS will come down to 350 so I should go ahead with the. Then the follow up started. Then I paid a total 75000+ST and 1100USD amounting to approx 1, 60, 000. after that she keep on giving false promises and even she asked 468 CAD for WES which is actually 234CAD as I argue with them then the WWICS accepted it.
In the month of September again I was duped with 57500 as PNP and they file my case for PEI where I filled up the form and they just uploaded it. When I am asking for my refund then they are saying since we have uploaded for PEI you are not eligible for refund.

I was totally duped with 2, 20, 000 and now the WWICS guys are asking me for roof of that statement and threatening me that as you have signed the agreement with your own consent you will face legal consequences. However, I along with a lot of people have signed the agreement due to the false commitment of their Branch Manager.

I have created a group for 10-15 people of same fate whose CRS is below 400 since they all have been duped. We will approach to Crime Branch soon. I request everybody in Pune who have been duped by the same false commitment to contact [protected] and sudhansunk03gmail.com so that we all will approach at a time and our unity will result in getting our hard earned money back.

1.5 years of collecting documents and 200, 000 Rs wasted to get to know that our score is much less than needed. Constant delays in replying, unclear answers, provided information is chaotic - one is saying one thing, another - different thing; no consultations, you always have to push them to get information. Only a few employees were of help.

They made me a P.A. without my agreement, while we asked to make my spouse. Later on they refused to change, saying there's no proof I didn't agree (however, there's no proof I agreed as well) and asked for money to make the change. And many many other mistakes.

I believe you can file the application much better and faster by yourself. Definitely not recommended, it's a waste of money and too much of stress!

Wwics is doing fraud bussines on the name of immigration .they are not having any tranperancy in there work. From last 1 year I dont know about the case what they are doing .I deposit 8lakhs rupees to wwics for canada pr, they are unable to get the positive lmia from the candian goverment for which i paid . I want to Know from You what steps has been taken by you in this matter .

I have been cheated by wwics. They assessed my profile and told me that my profile is perfect for immigration under anzcso code 224711: management consultant. After few days they came back saying that the same profile doesn't matches with the management consultant requirement by australia. Now they are making me fool by not working on my case & not responding to emails. They charged me hefty amount & now no response. I need them to work on my case properly. I am filing a police complaint for cheating by them.

Immigration frauds starts as below... So, be careful before giving the money anywhere...

For any immigration or higher studies, you have to complete either IELTS exam or PTE exam or TOEFL exam or GRE exam. You have to score minimum marks to get into the immigration process but the immigration agents will first collect your money for 1 lakh and will suggest you to complete the Education credential assement first (ECA) and then will ask you take the EXAM. This procedure is not correct. First you have to qualify in the exams only then you are eligible. Sometimes questions will be tough and if you have not scored the eligible marks then your money will be trapped with them. They will not return it. Also there are many prerequisites. So, understand all from the Google and then proceed to give the money stage by stage. Study the Agreement first at each stage, get the details for the money you are giving and give the money two days later after understanding agreement. Get everything in written statement clearly.

I went to have a discussion regarding immigration. The lady named Gargi is absolutely manner less and pathetic. She does not know to talk or behave. It is because of people like her that a company can never succeed. The only person who is sensible in the branch is a guy named Debangshuk. He took control of the matter and calmed the situation. I do not know how come an employee like him work in the company.

WWICS Kolkata is a sick lace. Never go there.

Please note that I paid INR 84, 270 on[protected] to initiate my immigration case for Canada. After some day they generate my file number with WWICS and charged another 1, 000 USD (to be paid to Global Placement agency) who helps to secure jobs in Canada once immigration process done.

After receiving money they told me to wait for new system i.e express entry which is to be start during 2015. Since I hired them to give me time to time information & advise for my Canada immigration, only I had to call them or email or any update.

till Oct 2015 I submit all the required documents for express entry along with my IELTS score but they kept it on hold and advise me to give another 1, 400 USD for PNP program of Nova Scotia. I paid that money also but till Jan 2016 they did't file my case in either category.

During Jan 2016 they file my case in CIC and I got express entry file number generate by CIC but that time WWICS told me that PNP program is closed and you have to wait for another PNP program of any Province.

But in March 2016, WWICS informed me that because of age issue my express entry became ineligible and I have to give IELTS exam again. They never informed me that once i became 37 year or more I will be ineligible. This is very unprofessional.

Now since starting of Mar 2016, I am emailing them to refund my due amount they are not even picking my phone and answering my emails.

Please advise

according to me my due amount is INR 84270 + USD 1, 000 + USD 1, 400

Even on the time of issuing these cheques your representative Neena Ji say to me that if your case is refused we will return you 80% of this amount after cut the 20% of our charges but i don’t get any of your services . i go to jalandhar office 3 -4 times but they refuse to return my money. Sir as this is my hard earned money and when i don’t get your services please return my 100% money so that i utilise the same for the better education & Future of my kids.
