WWICS Group — misleading/wrong information-wwics pr for canada

Dear sir/madam, i was deposited payment to wwics (Consultant)-mohali for processing pr for canada (Quebec) on 12-july-2016 (Against cheque no. 002236), amount[protected]+taxes). Now more than 20 months (One & half year) have crossed but still there is no clarity from them. I put my refund request for my total payment due to non-providing service after waiting one & half year/huge delay, but they are agreed to provide only 40 thousand in out of total payment 115000. They gave me wrong information & wasted my huge time as well as money. Pls help to refund my total payment 115000/-. Agreement was done to provide right service, not for misguiding/fraud with customers.
