Details: i have booked an order for supply of milk on www.24*7fresh.in vide order no[protected]. order summary is provided below:
Item: amul full cream milk 500 ml milk: qty-4: amount paid- rs. 2592/-
Item: mother dairy tond milk 500 ml milk: qty-18: amount paid: rs. 9234/-
Total payment made: rs. 11846/- including rs. 20 as handling charge

I got a mail on 9/2/2016 that they shall start delivering the milk (quantity as requested) at your door steps from 11th/12th feb 2016. but neither they have delivered milk even for a single day nor they have refunded the payment made by me.
I have written mails to them several times but they just re-grates for the delay in delivery & assure to look into the matter. however they have not taken any solid step to resolve the issue.
