My e mail id pradip.[protected]@gmail.com i am order product (one samsung 9000mah + one mi10000mah power bank+one audio playar) from your webside .but both power bank and audio player r not working.
also i am visited samsung service sentre, they telling that are duplicat product.

So i wont to go to consumer forum for against your company, if you dont give any solution.
