[Resolved] www.industrybuying.com — selling of defectfull products and asking to contact the brand for explanation | |||||
I ordered a panasonic dvr and a hard disk on febraury 2018 in which i got a defectfull product such as remote not working and the provided me with an empty cd and the box was extremely old in such a way that the product inside the box was not having the name panasonic and when i called the customer service of industrybuying there was no response after a month they asked me for photos and after week they asked again for photos and then when i called them again the customer service guy told me to contact the particular brand for an explanation, how irritating and frustrtuating to get a product serviced even before you use it. This site is cheatings its customers by selling outdated products and making money the order number is 3579072. Was this information helpful? | |||||
