Order Id[protected]. Placed order on 25th October 2014. Got the product on 10th November and it was not working. Asked for a replacement on the same day and it was turned down as Infibeam has no replacement policy. The product was shipped back. QC department found no fault. When i asked them what exactly they have checked in the mobile they were clueless. Due to my pressure the brand new phone was sent to the service center. Now today somebody called me and told that product is working fine. They have found no fault. Now the product will be grandly send back to me. No idea what will happen this time. I regret the purchase that i made at Infibeam. Most unprofessional company with zero customer service. If a customer gets a defective product then customer should not be harassed. See the harassment they are giving me. I paid the money on 25th October 2014 but I am yet to receive the mobile. Shameful and regretful. Will never ever buy from Infibeam again and would request all others to be extremely careful with this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
