I would like to raise a complaint against Koovs. com a online shopping portal, As i have order a product (KOOVS Racer Back Vest) on 21/09/2015. by mistake i order in large size and given back them to replace to medium size but today is 21/10/2015 and i have not received my order, I Am requesting you to kindly have a look into this and help me to get my product to me or refund my amount in my bank account, I have already paid the full amount through my Axis Bank Debit card, Below i have mention the order details:- Dear pramod t m Your shipping details for the order no: 1349987 is updated as follows.
