Dear concern, I had placed an online order#[protected]As per attachment) for apple iphone 6s 64gb on 11th march, 2016. I choose to pay in advance through my credit card, just on faith of syberplace is indian company. I got confirmatory mail & sms from bank that amount has been debit successfully by syberplace, but from your side (Syber place) i didn't got any update or response, not even single confirmation via sms or email. On my syber place account its only showing pending payment status. Today is 14th march 2016 and i have still not received any dispatch detail from the company. I had written 2 mails & drop more than 4-5 voice mail on [protected] but received no revert from the customer care. I had called 30-40 times on there landline number[protected], but no one picked the call. Dear concern, this is not first complaint which submit to you, why you people make that kind of companies so easy to do these kind of fraud with people who trust easily.
