I had booked an item on OneRx online on 09 Aug ( Suborder ID:[protected] Payment ID:7177634). The money is collected through PayuMoney who claim to offer Buyer protection. Though the money got deducted there was NO response from Payu or OneRx for almost 15 days. Then one fine day I got a call from OneRx saying that the item is NOT available. I asked for a refund. They put me on hold and disconnected. Then next day OneRx told that the item had come and they would dispatch it. Two days later OneRx called to tell that the amount had changed and wanted another Rs80. I gota a mail from PayuMoney for it.This transaction was also through Payu Money. I paid the money because I needed the item. Further follow ups were done with Mr Ramesh and Payu team since there was no trace of the item. On 02 Sep I get a mail that the item has been dispatched through Blue dart on 0-2 Sep. Surprisingly payu money which promises satisfaction and release of money after customer confirming released the money withou ANY CONFIRMATION. I got the item on 09 Sep and found that the item was wrong. Lessons Learnt : OneRx doesn't have items as listed and will send you the closest item similar. Payumoney does NOT take any responsibility. There is NO protection. Every time a complaint is booked and if Payumoney closes the complaint even if they write a mail. There is NO resolution or Protection Ticket number #156524, 144514, 141586, 140740 OneRx will change the amaount and ask for additional amount. They do NOT honour what is listed.
