Hi, I ordered PROVOGUE offer WATCH on 28 july 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking.Payment was succesful and ( order number[protected] and tracking number is[protected] and 4 days back i got mail that it is dispatched it will be deliver in 24 hours. 4 days finished i have not received my order and when i am tracking that in provogue website it is showing status complete why it is showing complete because still i have not received my watch. since I am calling 4 days to their customer care number which provogue have mentioned on their website that number nobody is answering everytime ring going on, one time he received and then he cutted phone and nobody helps provogue cutomer care number on provogue website is ([protected]) nobody helps here. I want my watch very bad service by PROVOGUE VERY BAD PROVOGUE pls help me pls help me Was this information helpful? | |||
