Dear Snapdeal,
You are suggesting me to gel DOA letter form service centre but they are denying to give and saying not eligible.
Why are wasting my time and others too?Why misguiding customer ?

Thank you for writing to Lenovo Technical Support.
As per your mail and telephonic conversation, we understand that you are looking for refund/system replacement.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will be glad to help you.
We wish to inform you that the issue needs to be reported within 7 days from the Invoice Date for the machine to be eligible for refund/replacement. We are unable to proceed further with the DOA request as the issue was reported post 7 days of invoice date.
The system is entitled for warranty services and we can certainly assist you to resolve the issue through part replacement. Was this information helpful? | |
