www.Yebhi.com — Booked order is not dispatched

I have booked orders of gold coin of Rs 50K between 26Jan to 30Jan 2014 online through yebhi.com.As I got mail that your order will be dispatched within next 8-10 working days.Before booking I called them about the item availability they said you can book and you will get your order next 8-10 days.Now it is almost 22 days over no one orders are get dispatched.When i called them on their customer care number [protected] they are saying that we have canceled service of selling gold coin now and you can cancel your order and your amount will be credited to your online wallet and book any other item.But you wont get the money back.I told them I want my order otherwise my money back.But they are denying this.They are saying you have booked your order by using gift voucher and you wont get the amount back.I am telling that if you canceled the service of selling gold coin then you have to tell me while booking the order.But they have not told anything and even online also they have not shown.Till booking of order they said only to book the order and after booking they are saying we have stopped selling of gold coin online.Please help me in this.Because I invested 50K and worrying about the amount returning.
