Www.guesthouser.com — Booking Issue

I booked 2 days accommodation on 20 jun 2017 for 1-2 july 2017 under booking id gg1yw. I also made part payment of rs. 460. Now the host of the property is denying the booking and saying the property was already booked before my booking.
I am trying to contact the customer care of guesthouser.com but not getting proper response. On friday they pickup the call but made false promise saying they will call me back. Till now i didn't receive any call from them. Tried contacting them on chat support but no one is replying.

Please help me.
