I ordered the flowers from the www.orchidsnroses.com, full payment was deducted next day. But nothing is delivered yet.
As mentioned on the site i already send many mails to [protected]@gmail.com but there is not a single reply.
Also nobody is answering the phone number Mobile: + 91 [protected] mentioned on the site...

I had ordered a bouquet on 19th july 2012 for delivery on 22nd July 2012 at location Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. The details of the order is below. Though the order was not delivered, my credit card has been charged for Rs 375. First of all the orchid n roses let us down by not delivering the stuff and on top of it they have charged me for an undelivered item.

I need refund of Rs 375, in addition i should be compensated monetarily for in convenience caused.

But the order wasn't delivered.
The customer hotline no. [protected] is also not picked up by anybody.

I made an online order on 28/05/12 at http://www.orchidsnroses.com for a Two Tier Birthday Cake and 12 Red Roses Bouquet for my son’s Birth Day. The refrence no is : CART31149549. This was scheduled to be delivered on 10/06/12. As I found their customer service was not satisfactory, I decided to cancel my order on 05/06/12. I was not receiving any response from the merchant and therefore I contacted CCAvenue through whom I made the payment of INR (Indian Rupees) 2750.00. They advised me to e-mail [protected]@gmail.com. I sent them e-mails and pointed out to them that according to their terms and condition “Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date". They are still refusing to refund my amount.

I had booked flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day ie 14th February 2012. The transaction was done on 05th February 2012 and they had promised to deliver it on 14th.

Here is the order number : CART29966974

Neither have the flowers been delivered nor they are attending any call on their customer helpline number : +91 [protected] and also the mail I sent to their email address mentioned on website has shown delivery failure.

Please have a look into this as I seriously doubt that the website is fake.

I bought some flowers from CART28650594 on Aug 12. The order no is CART28650594. But these flowers were never delivered. Since I used my debit card, the money was also deducted from my account. Now neither the customer service ever picks up the phone(the phone is always switched off) nor they reply back when I asked for refunding the money.
Let me know what should I do to teach these guys a lesson.

ALERT!! - Do not place any orders to www.orchidsnroses.com.

I had placed an order yesterday at www.orchidsnroses.com CART27074462 and tried to contact their single customer care number [protected] continuously, where i did not get any response / it was constantly busy. Today, till now the flowers were not delivered (after taking full payment) i still kept trying their number and finally when i got through the "customer care" executive SARABINDU, he was still unsure whether they can get the delivery done tomorrow or not, just saying that there is 'some problem.....some problem'. when i started getting upset and asked him for a confirmation on the time and maybe another number where i can track my order, if the first number does not work, he simply refused to deliver my order was extremely rude and asked me to 'look at the terms and conditions' before talking to him!!!!!! They have committed me a refund, which I am not sure I will recv or not. Even if I do, why do they take contact numbers / email addresses of people who place the order if they never revert back with the details / provide updates if they are not planning to deliver the order within 24-48 hours!! If we have to keep tracking the order then it is just an inconvenience rather than a help!!!!

I have ordered flowers and cake from this site on behalf of my wedding anniversary but the order has not been delivered and the contact number which is given in web site is not working. Whenever I call to the number + 91 [protected], its forwarded and no reponse :( I have spent 1200 for this order and more over my anniversary message is not reached to my wife :( This site is fake 'http://www.orchidsnroses.com/contact_us.htm' Please take necessary action. I believe this FORUM will definitely help people who become victim of fraud case.

I ordered two sets of arrangements to be sent to both my mother and mother in law in Bangalore for Mother's Day. I spent over USD $40 on both arrangements - the flowers did get two them but they were AWFUL. They sent some old, dead flowers tied in a string which they must have picked up from the trash. What I hoped to have been a nice thought for my parents - was totally ruined by this company. After repeatedly calling and emailing them - they still have not responded to my complaints and I am trying to contest the charge with the credit card company. Please be careful about ordering from this site... I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by them. Thanks!
