second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.

I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. be behind bars.

Form filling companies are fraud don’t invest money. Just think, form filling software/automation code can be made in few thousands rupees then why these companies will pay crore of rupees to employees.
And in agreement they used to mention certain clauses which definitely break by employees e.g. if any form get filled incorrect then contract get terminated.

Mitigations for victim of this fraud-
1. First check company registration details on MCA website.
2. Discuss your problem with other employees.
3. Check whether company registered to Employee provident fund (if company have more than 20 employees working then they must have EPF account)
4. File your complaint consumer court (its best option as with less money you can fight with company easily).
5. Raise your complaint to bank and fill dispute form and get your money back (not sure)
6. Register cheating complaint in police

The Company M/s. XCEL NETWORK, an associate / Delivery Partner of M/s. Prope Technotype Pvt Ltd, having branch office at DP Road, Pune is made a contract on 30/05/2018 with me for the project of form filling of data. I have paid Rs. 9750 to them for the aggreement / contract for Freelance Services. The company has assured me the guranteed payment for the services provided to them with min accuracy of 70 % after the project completion. I have started the project on 1st June 2018 I have submitted the project on 3rd July 2018 online in excel form. Today i have received the Quality Report with 69.80 %. They have forged the data provided and Report. I have submitted the project with min accuracy @ 95 %. Still they have not made me my payment as agreed. I want my payment and the refund of registration fees. The company, their call centre and the emplyoees are completely fruad and lier. Request you to file a legal complain on them. They have cheated me.

I'm complaining about the excel network company. They are connected to other groups who do the work of the people. They take 10, 000 for the work. But, the important thing is that, they don't do the work accurately. They just finish the work on the given date. So, an accuracy of qc of 67% or 69% comes which accounts to only 1600 rupees. You are paying 20, 000 to get 1600. And, most important thing is that they are blaming me for my loss, they are saying that I should check the work before the submission. So, as I have not checked the work, I'm the looser of my loss

This is a 100% fake company, I would like to suggest that do not listen to prachi she is a fake and what she says everything is fake.
Do not waste your money for such a froud work and company.
After work also they don't even pay the money when I met prachi she said payment will be done within 10 days once we submit the work, but it's been 1 and half month but I haven't rcvd any money and that girl prachi she is not picking up my call.
Prachi is doing a froud and for that she is getting salary.she will never grow in her life one day she will pay for this.
