We are a Print on Demand printing service house at Kolkata . We have installed Xerox D95 printer serial number of which is ([protected]).
On the last 4-5 occasions we are receiving substandard service from unprofessional engineers who are not even trained to service these machines .
Specially there are no parts provided and we are made to beg for the same inspite of timely payments.

The engineers cite silly excuses like moisture etc when there are creases or marks in the prints . As soon as the parts are changed the issues are resolved .

Our point is :
A - We are under FSMA agreement with the company. then why are we not provided the spare parts on time .
B - Why are qualified engineers not being sent. It take 3-4 days for the engineer to understand which part is to be replaced .
C- Why are spare parts kit/set not provided on site which is why the machines are in fsma agreement .
D- Why is there no service head / system in place who can look into such matter .
E- Why are there no log books maintained at site and for which we are being penalized each time for getting the spare parts .
F- The parts provided are of substandard quality and which is why there is more breakdown on these machines . We as customers are being penalized for the same .
