money blocked while booking air ticket
i was in the process of booking a flight from DEL to MUM,MUM to BANGLORE AND BANGLORE TO DELHI on Aug 2nd . there incurred some error, mostly a deliberate one, or may be it was a flaw in yatra.com website that i got the message that "sorry,your payment failed and booking could not be completed. you havent been charge, please follow the steps below to try again". my ticket money, Rs. 16960 have been released from my account. when i contacted their customer care, they say it would take 7-8 days before it gets refunded. so it has caused a great deal of inconvenience to me and i urge the concerned authorities at yatra.com to help my cause immediately.
