I have purchase a xerox phase 7800 machine from techno pyramid, sco 283, 1st floor, triangle market, sector 118, tdi city, s. A. S. Nagar mohali.in feb. 2018. From the day 1st the machine giving problem of printing light colours. Then i complaint to the company by mail at : [protected]@xerox.com
& [protected]@xerox.com company about this. The company man came and but could'nt solve the problem. Then the company closed the report without informing me. Now the machine has new fault as fuser assembly failure.
Then i wrote to the company and they say that the part is consumable and is not covered under warranty.
On the the other side the company claims that this part give upto 3, 50, 000 prints whereas i have taken 16, 900 prints only.
The machine is still under warranty. But the company is not doing anything to rectify the problem despite my numerous complaints by e-mail.
