I have MI3 mobile phone from Xiomi of IMEI No:[protected]
My display got broken and I went to Xiomi authorized service center on 21/09/15 at "MI Exclusive Service Center Infinity Benchmark Building, Ground Floor, Shop no. 1, Sector 5, Salt Lake City Kolkata 700091" to replace my display. I got Job number 21091504 and got replaced display on 1st November and i have paid the amount and got the receipt of the same.
From 20th October my display is not working properly and on 26th October I went to the same Service center again to explain the problem.
After looking into the problem the service center told that they can not do anything as the parts warranty is only 15 days but nowhere it is mentioned that the warranty is only for 15 days. I have checked that in website "http://www.mi.com/in/service/index.html" common parts warranty is of 6 months but they are denying this.
Please let me know if there is any solution for this or not. Was this information helpful? |
If service center tells they they will revert back within 2 days, they not call back in 1 month and there service center will not be reachable over phone.
