Xiaomi — Cancel the product but still product delivered | |||||
Hi, I had placed an order on 1st of June for mi 4i drak grey, actually i want to palace an order for redmi note 3 but mistakely mi 4i slected and payment were deducted from my credit card. I cancelled that within half an hour but received a msg from that it is not possible to cancel now as it has been shipped so called and request them to cancel the order they informed me that within an hour they will cancel this order, but again i rcvd a msg that it has been shipped so i called you guys again for this as you can check my call records he informed me that he will update to back end and will cancel the order. Otherwise i have to decline this order but as i requested my mother is uneducated and we have 3 order for the redmi note 3 so request them to cancel form their hand. And after one day again called and confirmed from your one of your executive that order has been cancelled and staus is also showing as return rejected but don't why u guys delivered that product today and my mother mistakely take this as she thought about other one. Please do the needful as i don't want this or replace this with redmi note 3 i am ready accept that product is seal packed.
