Most humbly I would like to state that I had placed an order with MI store for phone- REDMI 11i HYPERCHARGE 5G, 6GB RAM, 128GB STORAGE STEALTH BLACK for Rs24999 with exchange of my old phone REDMI NOTE 5 PRO on 12th October 2022. The amount of the phone after exchange offer reduced to Rs17529. However, at the time of delivery on 15th October, the delivery boy refused to deliver MI phone stating that the old phone under exchange offer could not be accepted due to the reason that it has a damaged screen. In this regard, I would like to state that at the time of placing order the exchange offer does not specify the condition of the phone to be exchanged i.e. MI exchange icon does not specify the condition for exchange as is available on other E-COMMERCE website. However, the condition of my phone is absolutely okay it has a minute screen damage i.e it is very much functional. As I was waiting for the phone for the last 3 days and on hearing that the delivery boy going to delivery the phone I deleted all data from my old phone. Non delivery of REDMI 11i HYPERCHARGE 5G, 6GB RAM, 128GB STORAGE STEALTH BLACK has caused harassment to me as I have no other means to take backup of my data. I, therefore, request you to look into matter and get REDMI 11i HYPERCHARGE 5G, 6GB RAM, 128GB STORAGE STEALTH BLACK delivered to me at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.
