my power bank doesnot work properly. i want to return it and want my refund

Mi — sold me faulty power bank.

I have reported a complaint before thi bt no response from the company. Addition to this is MI service centers are not providing service to me. They are saying that they are not supporting askmebaazar.com product. Help me to out of this
