Xiaomi — delay of delivery of redmi y3

I am orderd redmi y3 on 30 th april 2019. But they cannot processed first. Then i complaint consumer care and there after they give me a response to my emails. And the expected date of delievery is 7th may 2019. But shipping still not processing. What was the wrong. Please make it fast as possible. I need my product on 7th may 2018. Their delievery process was so pathetic and slow. Please give a response
