[Resolved] Xiaomi — Handset not get back from service center | |||||
Hello Sir, I have submitted redmi note-207 HM Note on 2-december-2015 12:00:19 to repair the manufacturing fault i.e., Yellow Display and pixels issue occurring in the screen to MI Center Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, phone no[protected]. My phone is under wareanty. Already one month and ten days passed bit till today but I have not received the phone. Moreover, I have made several calls to MI service center and personally visit there also, they return me asking that "Your phone still not repaired due to shortage of parts, it will take time and I will message you when it repaire". This type of service is not expected from a reputed brand like Xiaomi. Actually, because of such long period submission of phone I am facing various problems without this phone. So, therefore, I request you, please check it and get back my phone soon. Please check below detail of jobsheet. Feb 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got back my phone after two months on 4 Feb 2016. During this period customer care promising that i will get free insurance on this set when it will be repaired. But nothing happened the same. They denied that promise. | |||||
