Xiaomi — Inconvenience of service

Sir i had purchased MI note3 before some days after 10-12 day it's become short i think.that was not charging my phone i gave it to the service centre. they said that they will it back to you in 15 days but they didn't after i had called them many times but they tell every time that the charger not came yet after some days i went to the service centre but they didn't response.
Please do something i became very frustrate.
