Recently I have raised complaint regarding my TV 4 pro 55 inches. The panel stopped working during last week on 2nd october in evening hours. The display is not coming while turning on.
I have compliant 3 times through your online portal by filling form and also by speaking with MI customer support team (executive name -yogendra and yamna) they also took all the details over the phone, required for raising complaint ( I hope they have recorded calls as well).
Mi technician visited my place on 4th October in afternoon hours.
He inspected and approved that panel is under warranty and will get replaced without any charges. With in 7-8 working days.
Today being 12th day I am waiting revert from them, now when I am calling Dombivli service centre (Unique telecom -421201.) They are telling that 55 inch panel is not available in inventory and will come from Bangalore in 7-8 days.
This clearly means that when again I will wait - the product will become out of warranty by that time and these Dombivali service centre guys will not entertain my complaint.
I have attached the invoice for reference, by 20th of this month the warranty will get expired. Was this information helpful? |
