Xiaomi India — About Phone Replacement | |||||
I had Purchased Redmi 3S Prime Gold 32GB on 17th Aug 2016 wide Order No.[protected]. In that Phone we found that there is error of Network Connection so we wished to Replace said Product. Bur whenever I called customer care center they not respond to me properly I make a complain No.[protected]on dated 27th August than they said to me for waiting 48 hours. after I make other call to customer care on 31st August again they said that previous Complain made cancel and Make new Complain No.[protected] and also told for wait 24 hours. But, Still Not get any Response Properly Feeling so Irritating with Your Company's Service Was this information helpful? | |||||
