Worst worst customer service ever. i want to return my phone without opening the parcel even. rahul n anirudh from customer service kept on repeating no, it's not possible and didn't want to escalate at all. it is a very simple request as i want to give your phone back without opening the courier and i want my money back. very very negative, stubborn and worst customer service with compared to other competitors. i have 3 mi phones ordered from third party big shopping website but this time i ordered from your official website mi. com and this is the treatment i am getting. i don't think i will recommend this worst company ever to anyone with pathetic, un empathetic, senseless service you are offering. i need my refund back and you take away your phone as it is. order no.
