Xiaomi India — After 12 days still the product is not received

Updated by Raja1611 Placed order on September 7th, initially I waited for 3 days but the order status is not changed, I contacted the helpline chat, they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours, after that also no change in the order status, I connected the helpline again they told me to due to technical issue it will be ship on September 18th. I waited till 18th also, still nothing happened, now again I connected the helpline, now they told wait for 24 to 48 hours again. Every time the helpline given false statement.
