My above TV Display panel not working just after 5 days of the 2 years warranty expiry date followed by a software update.
I made the online Service Request Token No. M6469588 on 17/08/2023 and many call to MI Service Desk to get the panel replaced at free of cost.
It is very disappointing that on the 5th day of completing the 2 year warranty period, the display panel which is the costly part of the TV stopped working. This TV bought by my son Jubin Thomas through Amazon India under Invoice No. SCJB-51474 Dated 07/08/2021. The software update was on 12/08/2023 evening followed by complete blackout of the display.
Kindly request your attention to service the TV soon.
