I am facing audio problem at receiver end.
From the web site I have find out the address & telephone no. of MI Exclusive Service Centre in GURGAON.
MI Exclusive Service Centre Address-
Shop No. 1, Parshvanath Arcadia, Plot No. 739/1, MG Road, Sector- 14, Gurgaon- 122001.
Tel.No.[protected] &[protected].
I have tried several times in both nos., but there is no response.
Then I have tried Toll Free No.[protected] & the result was same.
Now you should suggest us to whom should I contact for my problem.
My mobile phone details:-
a) Model No. HM NOTE 1S,
b) MI ACCOUNT- [protected],
c) IMEI- [protected]
d) Date of Purchase- 19/01/16.

Ash Arun's response Sir mujhe phone liye abhi 4 days hue hai or ye problem kr rha h isliye m phone replace krna chahta hu or aap bhi apni taraf se ye kaam jaldi kre plzzz sirr
