Hi,
I have never came across such an awful customer service from a company. I had some issues with my Mi note 4g phone and submitted the handset in bangalore kalyan nagar service Center on 26/06/2015.They informed me that the motherboard is not working and it needs to be replaced. As the boards are out of stock and new orders have to be placed, I will be able to get my phone within 2 weeks. But because of Mi's wonderful and very professional service I received my phone on 27/07/2015 which is merely 1 month. After I received my phone I found that there was some network issues in it and within one hour I went back to the Kalyan Nagar Service center. I asked them whether they have tested it properly before returning the phone to me and
I experienced the world class customer service again from the service center technicians.They shouted on me saying we had checked the phone properly before returning it but sometimes these network issues will come and asked me to come on next day 28/07/2015. I went there today 29/07/2015 and they informed me that there is some issue in the phone and it will take them another 2 days to fix the issue and the wait for my phone is still going on. Its almost 35 days now and till now I have not received my handset from the Mi service center, within this time I had called their customer service 4 times
but they were also not able to confirm when I will get my phone back in working condition, they just say it will take some time but we can not confirm how long.
Thank you for such a wonderful service and I hope you will look at the Work Order no:[protected]. I expect that you will not harass me any more once you read this and dont make me realize that I had committed a big mistake by purchasing a Mi device.
