Which service centre starts only at 10:30 am. Even when customers wait outside in sweltering heat, they conduct their internal meeting inside the ac cabin. Such indecency should not be tolerated at all. Then there is the service. You need to call time and again to know the status of the service. M booked redmi 4 mobile by amazon on 17 oct and amazon deliverer on 25 oct after 1 week my mobile is totally dead than m complane on amazon and mi but no any response amazon say, no my fault your return police closed talk to mi customer care and mi say talk to amazon for this complane. In my redmi note 4 mobile phone when i am open file explorer at that time there are saying me "just a second" and here take 5 to 10 seconds. I am using redmi 4. So my phone, suddenly out of nowhere was working really slow and i tried to restart it... It's been more than 12 hours the phone does not power on and it repeatedly shows the same thing everytime i try to restart it!! And during the night it heated up way too much!! This is the worst phone. I have lost all of my data now... I'll have to take it to the service centre. It's heating up so damn much i cannot even touch it!...

Never buy earphones or and product from mi because every time their service is bad if by mistake or product didn't work they will declare as damage and will not exchange the product i wll recommend not to take any mi product i am really a big mad that i have mi phones as well as mi earphones because they never give exchange every time any defect or anything will say u will not get exchange...
