Problem last 2-3 months. Contact jhansi (Up) service centre but not solve my problem, required rupees five thousand.

Kahte hain ki hand set men water chala gaya hai. Zabki aysa nahi hai, check kar sakte hain.

I have mi note 4 it can suddenly off or hang and heating problem
Service centre engineer can do software
3 time but my problem is not solve.
And now service can take 1 month for mother board change service of mi is very poor so please don't purchase mi mobiles specially note 4 mi mobile also have blasting problem please avoid mi chines products...

This is in further reference to my complaint on 14/11/17 against your service centre at hazra road - infotel. Today morning, somebody from your office called me and informed me that a mail had been sent to me acknowledging receipt of my complaint and customer care people would contact me by today. Neither a mail has been received by me nor any customer care people has contacted me so far.

Redmi 4a 2gb ram &16gb rom bought on amizon at 03/08/2017 order.
But after 3 month mobile phone no show disply. I take it on mi centre dausa, then told me sub-bord of mobile is damage. So u give charg 520rupees but i no give rupees, phone will be started on after repair to mi centre dausa. On 31/10/2017. I purchased mi a1 phone on 12th of november. Just within 2 hours the touch screen stopped working. On 13th i took to mi service center. Purchased a phone on 09.09.2017. When i try to use the second slot of the with my nano sim no response from it from a brand new phone. When i turned to your single customer care centre at kolkata, hazra, they told me after checking the instrument that pin of second slot is broken and total circuit to be changed which will cost rd.4500/-.

Purchased a mi usb cable from mi.com on 02/05/2017 the warranty slip of which is attached below.

This is very serious issue. Attention all.
I purchased a redmi note 4 mobile from mi.com and when i received the mobile it was damaged. They asked me to send the mobile back to them and they will send a new mobile.
