My redmi 4a mobile suddenly stops working. I gave the phone to service center. They first ask me is there any liquid damage i said its impossible because the phone is used in office where there is no chance of such damage. Then they said ok we will inform you as our expert check the phone and confirm the actual damage happened. Then they call me and said that it is the case of liquid damage. They ask for rs.5000+ for the motherboard replacement. Then i contact to mi customer care india and discuss the issue with miss. Vaishali. She said that if expert has checked then that's the actual cause of the damage. I said her mam 2 more guys visited that service center the same time i visited and they told me that if the phone is damaged for any reason they charge for the wrong reason. Suppose your phone is off due to overheating they will make you pay for new motherboard that is rs.5000+ but not actually replace it. Thats how they deal. They also show me 4-5 videos in youtube having the same problem of wrongly charge issue.

    Very bad service observe from mi. I have mi note 4 mobile purchased in 21 april 2017 under warranty. Register number - aaaci0886ksd002.
    Last 10 days back mobile was automatically off in mid night. So i visited to shivajinagar service station on 24th nov2017, as per testing of two hours they said the motherboard is damaged without any proper reason, need to change it it is under warranty without pay we can change it, but unfortunately they don’t have motherboard and wait mode for 1 week, after one week they said don’t know when it comes? Better you go other office at vimannagar they have it now and change it under warranty. I visited to that office after their testing they made report that it damage because of water and there is no any previous testing report online by shivajinagar office. Then i visited again to shivajinagar office but they change their statement.

    Now iam thinking about consumer court
    Please find the attached bill and service report by vimannagar office on 27th nov, no report given by shivaginagar office on 24th nov but i have service messages
    After 7 days of purchases a phone faced network & battery issue. Phone was given for repair to yr service centre. I need replacement as I will be leaving city by tomorrow for couple of months.

      I have change my redmi note 4 display
      In xiaomi care centre and they cost is another of xiaomi spare parts price list the price of display is rs2400 and they change my mobile display in 3400
      And not give me original bill with gst number and the bill will send your gmail or mobile number but no msg in my gmail or mobile number in massage so ho and where i complaints these problems
      I was purchased mi 4 note on 24th may 2017, within 4 month, I have face problem of ringer in that, and after that I put this mobile MI service center but this is my bad experience from from AMRAVATi center, I will make complaint in consumer Court for the same

        I bought a redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart on 21 september 2017. I was glad about my new phone but unfortunately i received a defective one. My phone was not working well, many times it worked automatically without my concern. Autofunctioning includes camera, keypad dialling, qwerty keypad working and many more.. So, for this disgust i submitted my phone in redmi service centre and they updated phone's software. It worked well for 2-3 days but again i found the same defect.. It's really disgusting and now i don't have that much time to visit service centre again and again for this defective handset... I am really frustrated with xiaomi cause they are asking again to update my phone's software.. Plz help me to get a new phone and take strict actions against xiaomi for mentally harashing me.. Thank u.

        my battery is draining too fast and it stuck on 97% .
        @ adyar, Chennai Mi mobile authorized service center, customer service assistant denied to take data /contact backup from my phone. They said that they don't know how to do it and are not authorized to do that. Is not it possible for them to do it ??
        Still i haven't received even a single call from xiaomi. Plz help me, they are truly not concerned on my issue..

          I have redmi note 4 gifted by a relative. I was always against the redmi phones. I believe they are of inferior quality.

          My phone is not different. When i capture the video, there's lots and lots of cracking heard in the audio that's not present at the time of recording.

          I tried updating the miui to the latest version and even tried using third party apps, but the issue remains.

          I would advice indian consumers to stay away from mi phones.

            I am using redmi4 4gb 64gb. I am fully satisfied. Special thanks to you to make this handset. But i have a 3 little complaints. 🔋 charging is too long, and some time incoming call not showing, but ringing. That missed call is not showing on recent call history. Battery is suddenly discharge while traveling and a small 🔥 while traveling. Plz rectify the above complaints the next update. I hope you are doing well.

            The phone starts charging only when charge is 0 %.Only at the time when it becomes 0%lred light starts blinking and afterthat harging starts.

              Xiaomi should provide Nougat Update to Redmi 3S and Redmi Note 3, They are just 1 year old, and you are not providing the security patch, Redmi 4A which is less, powerful than both the device received Nougat and has Latest Security Patch, I think you only think about Money, only the phones which is still in the market are receiving updates, You know only providing MIUI update does not help because new feature does not work without Nougat.
              In mi a1 the Lte mode is on but the hd option is not showing on main screen I have done reboot, reset but not working please help me to solve this problem by the not working of Lte mode the calls are not going and coming so please tell any way to solve or fix this problem of Lte mode in mi a1

                I tried setting up my corporate email account in my brand new redmi note 4 (Order # [protected]) but it is impossible to do so as the hardware seems not to be supporting this option. I keep getting error of google device policy error.

                I complained the same to them on their toll free number several time to refund the entire amount as the phone is useless if the hardware cannot support some of the features. Every time i get a response from the nodal officer that your case is in progress and someone will call me from the back-end team within 24 hrs and its been 10 days and still no one has called till date.

                  I had buy a red-mi note 4 mobile last 3 months back presently my vodafone 4g sim activate in my phone present issue is 4g network is not connected only 3g is connected.                       Xiaomi y1 handset was booked on 15th nov (Order no. [protected]), delivery of the same was made on 21st nov (After 5 days).

                      After receiving the handset, while trying to register my gmail id getting message - could not sign in, there was a problem communicating with google servers. Even i was not able to open the play store in the same.

                      When contacted the customer care response was - please go to service center. Call to customer care was made within the 2 hrs after receiving the handset.
                      Please look in to the matter. As i am not satisfied with the response from customer care. Handset received in faulty stage and needs to be either replaced or money should be return

                      It’s been more than 72 hrs and after receiving the faulty handset there is no solution provided. What i got is – one faulty handset, few mail on solution which is of no use.
                      Did not think that a reputed company like xiomi can loot the customer in such a way. When i asked for the refund the its come to company policy, what about the customer, does your company policy say to harass the customer or not to give any solution to the customer.

                      I was told to go to service centre for the solution. Brand new handset and you are going to service centre, is this justify the cost you are taking for the handset.

                      Need a prompt reply with the solution to else i have to take legal route.

                        Redmi is a bomb, if you have redmi you are carrying a bomb that can blast any time.
                        As we already know that these redmi from xiaomi is no 1 selling phone and because of the popularity of this mobile i too got redmi note 4 64 gb in april this year (2017).
                        There was problem with charging so i went to the local mobile repair shop as by that time it was too late and all service centres were closed, as the person opened by phone there was some shorting in battery and then some sparkles came with a bang sound and the very next moment i saw that the person's thumb got burnt deep inside.
                        Then he told that there was shorting in battery and it could have blasted any time and you are lucky that it dint blast in your face. I contacted redmi they said they cannot do anything as i got it opened in some local shop. I told them that it was necessary for me to do that as there was no choice as i was shirt of time and at such an odd hour in evening what i could have done as service centres were closed.
                        So please think twice before buying redmi
                        It's a bomb that can blast any time.

                          I see there is an app called mi drop installed on my redmi phone.. How can you install it remotely after the purchase of phone? Without even asking the user permission. I am okay if it is there before the purchase and system pre apps. Why are you accessing my phone without my knowledge? This is a serious security breech from redmi.. I purchased phone by my money to not to install whatever you want and whenever you want.

                            I bought a redmi note 4 on date 21-09-17 from flipcart. I was feeling very pleased to use it but unfortunately i was shattered by the misbehaviour of my phone because there were numerous problems in my phone. Many times my phone is auto functioning i. E. Camera starts by its own, song plays by its own qwerty starts typing letters by its own and even the phone starts dialing n connecting numbers by its own. For this very purpose, i went to redmi service centre and they updated my phone against the problem. I thought it was all good but unfortunately again within next ten days the problem aroused again and now i am mentally harrased with the phone. I dont have that much time so that i can contact service centre again and again. So plz kindly help me to get a new phone as soon as possible... Thank you

                              Hello xiaomi i am very glad. To tell you that your redmi 3s prime is very fantastic phone but i have to unlock my device from security for root purpose. I have unlock permission... But i don't have computer.. Please tell my how i unlock my device without computer.. Please... Please.. Unlock my device as i have to root access on my device please... Please... If you have solve my problem i will recommend this phone to more than 10 peoples.

                              My mi 4 can take an focused photo of things only near to camera. So, I request to give portrait mode like Apple, Google or Samsung to take focused image of things far to camera.

                                I am very sorry to say you that here in surat service center at vision service center they are treating customer very badly. I had to visited service center on 05/10/2017 with my note 4 phone with battery problem and auto restart problem. That time they said me that only update problem is their no issues with battery. But when i went yesterday with same problem. They again said me that update problem is their and update my phone. But after an hour same problem continue than i went again that time they said me battery problem. Just they want money from customer any how. Please take my phone back i don't want to use and said to my all friend never to use mi phone. I have 6 mi phone all i want to give u back. They never check any phone just say water damage and its not in warranty, just they want to earn money any how from customer
                                My phone automatically changes to microphone or loudspeaker mode. It [censored]s me really... I had given for service center 5 to.es. their service sucks most.

                                  I purchased online from mi store redmi note 4 on inv. No:[protected] date 9-th feb-17 against order id [protected] with mi protection. since i faced issue of mic from begninging i contacted to mi service center thats why its mic repaired via mi autorised service center in ludhiana punjab, all the activities are recorded there. Now touch screen of my phone is damaged, and timely reported to mi protection team, and phone was with them since 12th nov-17, yesterday mi protection called me that your insurance claim is rejected because i have not updated iemi number to mi protection. First of all i took insurance of mobile handset through mi only along with mobile purchased, i did not know realy that iemi number has been chnaged when it is repaired from mi service center, and if it was changed it should be informed only via mi protection & mi only, i never given any iemi number and i am layman i know only that emi number which is in my mobile handset box, i am not an expert and neither ware that when iemi number does. it is duty of both mi & mi protection team that if anything is changed they should update their records, i did not repair it outside of mi, i honestly provided all the required things. I would like to request you to understand from customer point of view when mi is having tie up with insruance company. There is no negligence from my side, hence please do the needful. Only on the basis that i did not provide changed imi number to mi protect insurance claim can not be rejected because mobile was repaired only by mi autorised service center during warranty period, and i was not aware anything about iemi number, and it should not be expexted from customer. Hence please understood the customer and repair my handset under insurance. I did not make any fault even i am bearing too much inconvenience from mi side since i purchased this mobile handset firstly mic of the phone was not good since purchase date and it is repaired two times and took approx 25 days in repair, secondly again i am facing issue in mobile protection, while i did not contravene from my side. On clerical side and which is just imposed by protection team, insurance cannot be rejected. I purchased mobile handset not iemi number and it is purchased from mi not from insurance company after purchase, why mi take tie up with insurance company if customer is facing these of issues, when i took mi protection that time also i did not provide any information. Request you to resolve the issue at priority.
                                  I purchased mi protection from mi official site online with mobile purchase and never given any information, mi protection taken about my information from mi, then why asking me now, this is the responsibility of mi to update the information himself, we are liable to inform when mobile handset is repaired outside the mi, and we do not have proper documents of mobile purchase. Mobile never repaired outside, there is no negligence of customer side

                                    Which service centre starts only at 10:30 am. Even when customers wait outside in sweltering heat, they conduct their internal meeting inside the ac cabin. Such indecency should not be tolerated at all. Then there is the service. You need to call time and again to know the status of the service. The smug watchman outside doesn't add to my comfort either.

                                    To anyone who plans to buy xiaomi phones, i, the unfortunate owner of two xiaomi phones (One for my wife), please walk away as quick as possible.

                                    They don't care if the phone gets scratched. They keep the phone, which unfortunately has glass on both sides.
                                    The phone is giving a lot of problems regarding the connectivity network is always absent when I try to use the SIM in other phone it works but it never works with the xiaomi note 4 phone please solve the issue
                                    When ever I click a pic that time I can access it directly from the option given in left side bottom but after once I close camera and then on again opening of Camera there is darkness occurs on that option (circular) and I can't access old pics from there.

                                    I don't understand what to do?
                                    We are using REDMI 4A having some problems regarding audio voice recording .After voice recording when we playback to listen whatever we have recorded, the volume of the recording is not audible by speaker .It listen only when the headphones are attached.Plz Send me solution for this problem.

                                      M booked redmi 4 mobile by amazon on 17 oct and amazon deliverer on 25 oct after 1 week my mobile is totally dead than m complane on amazon and mi but no any response amazon say, no my fault your return police closed talk to mi customer care and mi say talk to amazon for this complane.
