I got my mobile on 14 October from flip-kart and on 18th October the phone just fell from two feet and the phone screen damaged and phone stopped functioning only. And the service centre people are saying they cant replace screen nor phone. For repair they will charge about half of the price of the phone.company said they have provided gorilla glass 3 on mi3 but gorilla glass is very tough and strong it shouldn`t break just falling from two feet. For being a student its very big amount to buy mi3 phone and in that they are telling again to spend more money on repairing, its totally disappointing thing . xiaomi is just fooling Indian customer

    My brand new MI3 mobile screen was damaged after it fell off from the pocket. I have given it for the repair at Sri Sai Service Center, Secunderabad on 13-Sep-2014 with promised delivery of 16-Sep-2014. Serial number of the receipt is Serial No: 16536. Till 24th Sep 2-14, there was no update from them and even their contact numbers did not work. I contacted Xiaomi support on their email address service.[protected]@xiaomi.com on 25-Sep-2014. They instructed to take back the mobile from the service center. I have been in contact with Xiaomi since then and they have been replying to all my email with one standard reply and no other information. It is really sad to see this kind of support from a company which has claimed to sold millions on MI3 devices but no proper support for any issues. My phone has been unused since 1 month with no repair done.

      invoice no. blr_wfld[protected] DT:[protected] redmi 1s, this phone is consuming huge amount of battery and it is enormous heating by just operating it 10 min. i am unable to operate it even just for 10-15 min. normal using (camera and gallery) i have to charge it for twice a day for just using it normally why the hack is this happening please replace this defective piece or resolve this it is very difficult to operate it in this condition it is making bad image of flipkart please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

        Hi, I have been using mi3 for last one month.Few days back I have dropped my phone from 1 feet height. After this, the screen got broke immediately.(Samsung will not break even when you drop from a height of 5 feet) The company claims it will not cover under warranty.The quality of the product is pathetic, even though the company claims that the touch is made up of gorilla glass.I don't know whether these people aware of gorilla glass.Having Trust in a new brand like xiaomi makes me worry. I contacted their service center for repair, but they are asking half of the mobile price for just one month old mobile.

        I think you need to get your stats right. Try dropping a S4 or S3 from a 5 feet height man and see its screen getting shattered to pieces. I am using a MI3 too and fully satisfied with the product quality.

        the touch is suddenly going to not operate and will likely struck, after screen on/off it will be work (almost every call, watching images and etc., ) from 1st day of mobile delivery, I thought it will be set for few days, but still continuously problem.

        Please suggest me what I will do?

          I booked a Redmi 1S yesterday and it was successfully added to my cart... early on but my order was placed later and i asked for cod and filled all the required details everything was done yesterday by 3:30pm but today afternoon 3:07pm they cancelled my order themselves .. and their first representative said that there is some issue with my email id and phone number... 2nd representative said that they made a verification call to me regarding order confirmation but i didnt responded to it even though i didnt received any call from them ... my friend who bought redmi 1s in last sale on 16th sept didnt got any such order confirmation call... flipcart is cheating customer and selling to to dealers to sell at profitable price due to its high demand among indian people...

            I bought the Mi3 phone on 24th July, and it started giving voice call quality trouble. I thought issue is with settings or with my 3G services. etc and 1st tried to rule out 3G issues if any. While i do that (requesting and getting new sim, activated and see problem remain same), my 4 weeks standard return duration was over. I was struggling so i started calling Xiaomi customer care and lost again weeks in doing taking backup, Wipe Cache, Wipe Data, Wipe full Data etc. Finally i called Flipkart and escalated issues. I was suggested by Xiaomi and Flipkart customer care to visit Xiaomi service center. Now since 16th Sept my phone is with Xiaomi service center "Satyam Communication, Noida" with no support from Xiaomi. They are telling me issue with motherboard which need to be replaced. Service center has no clue when they can address issue related to this phone now even after 6 days, phone is in their custody. I am fed up receiving mails from Xiaomi asking to keep patience, we have forwarded your query to concerned departments, where as Flipkart calling me stating we will address your issues in 2 days since 8th September. After every 2 days they change the date of resolution for next 2-3 days. 1st date was given as 10th 2Pm, then 12th, then they stated resolved, without providing any resolution. I called/wrote again, so they gave me date of 19th, then 21st and now i heard as 22nd . Now i just got phone call from flipkart stating you have to wait more as we are working on it. Never seen such a pathetic response from any company as i see from Xiaomi. Very casual, careless, un-professional response like have patience, we are forwarding your request, service center will take care etc. Seems they have understood, their shop is getting closed in India as everyone having Mi3 is complaining for specially voice call related similer issues. I have lost hope in getting any resolution from Flipkart and Xiaomi in last 20 days. Regards Deepak Kumar

              XIAOMI website claims that MI3 has Corning Gorilla Glass 3.But the screen is not working as per gorilla glass. The Screen of my phone broke after falling from a mere height of 2 feet.Also when i moved to Service center they says that XIAOMI has not provided us with the spare parts.On the other hand XIAOMI website claims that "You can reach out to 30 easily accessible service centers".If the service center does not have the spare parts whats the us of having service center. So what i understand is Xiaomi is completely fooling indian audience.I would request Indian government to step into the matter and do the needful.

                This is just to alert anybody buying Byond tablets. They have no such thing as customer service. I had a brand new tablet (Mi-book 1) whose screen just went blank, sent to a service center in Navi Mumbai, Vashi called Kaizer Telecom. Its been almost 2 months since it was given and nothing has been done. Kaizer Telecom just always says "It will be done in 2 days". Its 2 months now and still no sign of the tab.
                I contacted Byond customer support who told me that the tablet will be fixed but absolutely no progress.

                Stop buying Byond products or else in case of a problem you will just be running around in circles like me.

                  I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on[protected]. My handset SPICE Mi-270 is under one year warranty. After in 3 months i got touch problem , I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in G1, Maheshwari Chambers, Pajagutta, Somajiguda, Hyderabad .I had submitted it on july 07, 2012. Since then I have visited the customer care store 4 times and after 25 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset. So service of this company mobile not good.
