    Suspected fraudulent activity experienced at a MI authorised service centre

    I wish to report a deeply unsatisfactory experience I recently had at M I India's authorized service center in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
    I visited Radiant E Serve, the MI service center in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, on September 16th, as my Redmi Note Pro Max suddenly stopped working. Upon inspection, the service staff explained the issue and provided a list of components that needed replacement to restore the phone's functionality....

      After OS update my back camera is not working. when i open camera its not connecting with camera and closes automatically. i raised the issue in MI feedback section but no response. I went to service center they are saying its board issue and need replace the board at the cost of 70% of the mobile phone.

        I given trimmer which purchased on amazon and when i visited mi service center opposite to navrang theatre rajajinagar bangalore -560010on 11-aug-2023 they said they don't have in stock and they will replace me in 1 week but not called me (mi service number [protected]),
        I went again after 1 week to check and they said they will need 1 more week
        after another week I got call from someone Anil saying they don't have stock so they will refund me on mi account but after sending mi account detail and they not replying or receiving call after 1 week they again saying next week
        now they nor replying nor receiving call
        I'm in medical line so I cant go again and again to the service center just to hear they don't have stock or solution and need 1 more week

            My order waybill no is [protected]. My order was supposed to be delivered (September 01-2023) today as I seen in tracking status arround 11.00 pm (September 12 - 2022). It was an Redme 12 5g with an exchange for an older model with a new one. At the time of 6:56 pm (September 13-2022) there's a status as."Customer not ready with exchange".

            Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically cancelled the delivery attempt and wrote made up reasons with your own thinking. What kind of behavior and work ethic you people are doing? I need my shipment asap and if you cancel the order this time without my consent I will straight away have to take action against you people.

              I purchased Mi 10t considering all it's specifications, Pros & cons.

              On official product page it is clearly mentioned support for 5G in Dual modes with 5g bands: n1/n3/n7/n8/n20/n28/n38/n41/n77/n78.
              We don't expect such neglecting treatment, misleading in terms of specifications to flagship phone MI 10t atleast for 5g Standalone connectivity.

              Now, the older flagship device mi 10t is getting ignored for basic connectivity support as mentioned. The company is still selling the phone by mentioning the same specification.

              Why company is treating & misleading customers in this way in terms of specifications.
              I already contacted customer care & service centre suggesting to exchange/ downgrade the device with some cheap quality refurbished device .

              I am not supposed to purchase to downgrading to other model.

              Kindly provide very specific to the question whether the update for enabling 5G SA support for JIO 5g will be released or not as per commitment on twitter & in specifications.

              Please confirm exact time period within which 5G SA ota update will be available?

                I am using Redmi Note 7 Pro from last 3 Year
                now battery has gone Bad so i went To MI Service Center they Said that
                this model has been stopped we cant Replace battery for it
                if you people are not giving after sales service then its against the law of india my mobile is in brand new condition and also they said to take new mobile i need battery Replacement or else MI should stop selling the Mobiles in the India we dont need this kind of company

                    My above TV Display panel not working just after 5 days of the 2 years warranty expiry date followed by a software update.
                    I made the online Service Request Token No. M6469588 on 17/08/2023 and many call to MI Service Desk to get the panel replaced at free of cost.
                    It is very disappointing that on the 5th day of completing the 2 year warranty period, the display panel which is the costly part of the TV stopped working. This TV bought by my son Jubin Thomas through Amazon India under Invoice No. SCJB-51474 Dated 07/08/2021. The software update was on 12/08/2023 evening followed by complete blackout of the display.
                    Kindly request your attention to service the TV soon.
                    Attaching 1. Invoice Copy, 2. Service request copy, 3 Photo of damaged TV, Copy of Email.

                      For three years it worked excellently. Suddenly I found a wide about 8" wide vertical white stripe in the center of the display panel. Various icons are shown but intermittent. A service engineer from your service center in Haridwar (Uttarakhand) visited and told us that the display panel has become defective. The only replacement of the panel is the solution.
                      If that is so kindly advise how to get it done and the warranty for the new panel.

                              In mi note 10 pro max have lot of issues not only mother board they have so many issues like over heating, camera issue, mobile lagging, connecting problems. the mobile is suddenly off it can't on. I went to service center he tells mother board issue. when I update the mobile I got this issue. The mi company will not respond till now. so many got the same issue.

                                I am not satisfied with your service..I brought new model tv mi 5x .I booked the tv on launch date and I received 17/09/2021..2 weeks before this tv display has gone.and I registered a service request on 12/07/2023..After 2 days a technician came to my home and check the tv.and he told me that the panel was faulty and replace the panel within 7 days..After 7 days there is no contact and I called his service center that is at perumbavoor..And a staff in the service center told me there is no panel dispatch and it will take more time ..They got a mail from xiaomi there is shortage of mi 5x 43 inch tv panel..After 10 working days I registered a complaint ..The one of your executive called me and tell it will take again 10 working days..This is not acceptable for me..This is new model tv ..The company is don't given proper support you cannot move ahead..I was one of the xiaomi fan . But after I faces this issue totally disappointed..Now almost 2 weeks my is tv dead.Now they saying wait until August 08..complaint with reference number: WOIN[protected]

                                    Basically, I'm a Redmi fan. I bought Redmi note 10 pro max 8gb 128GB, part No MZB08LSIN ON THE FIRST DAY OF ITS RELEASE 18TH MARCH 2021.

                                    From the day first it was detective, I guess.

                                    1. Calling problem from my side everyones call is ended immediately until I "RESTART" the phone.
                                    2. Calling from other end, in the morning no one cannot connect me as well until I "UNLOCK" the phone. Yes, just unlock.
                                    3. When I saved a number then only the contact name is showing, no option to display contact number, is very annoying.
                                    4. Sometimes the phone is lagging insanely in the mean working time. I never saw that kind of lagging in any xiaomi phone ever. In this range I accept more.
                                    5. In the multi-tasking the phone goes black permanently, any switch doesn't wake it up, until I press power button 10sec, then it restart.
                                    6. Sometimes just the lock button doesn't work, until a incoming call comes in then it lights up and working.
                                    And now it is completely dead for the past 4 months, I could nt go to the service centre due to a recent death of my Brother in law due to cancer.

                                    Last week i went to the service centre they told that the 2 year warranty period is over and the issue is with Mother board, it will cost Rs. 13, 500/- When I call the customer care they said it will get repaired with free of cost if the issue is with mother board. please help me to get it resolved.
                                    I got the same issue. but mi was not response.

                                      TV Repair

                                      I bought an MI 43 inches TV . After 10 months it was a power on off issue.So i booked a repair request on 9 th july 2023.the technician team came to our house on 12th July and they said it is a panel issue.Tv was under warranty for 2 years.They said it will be repaired within 7 days.But it wasn’t.Then i called service center they again told me to wait for 26 th July.Again they failed. As of now they are saying to wait for 7th August...
