Xiaomi India — bad behaviour of service centre authority

Sir, i have redme note 3, i visted mi service centre about 5 times, three times it has charging issu, and two times network flactute atomaticall now today i go service center to repare my phone, they told me, you all ready repare it from other store, but i sure i have warrenty in my phone, so that i dont repare my phone from other any shop, i visithed last 5 thmes and they told me i chande charging plate of mobile,

I m going to service centre atleast 15 time in about 10 month. The worst product ever. There is always a hardware problem some time mic or navigation etc
Problem on F-code and coupons converting
Its very poor service
there are no stock of common items and waste more time

Me i try too set ringtones on my redmi note 4.but it was going to set a default tone plz help me how it was set ?
