Xiaomi India — band 2 not connected to my phone and not show any physical activity

Hello my name arif hanif bhat i am calling for srinagar jammu and kashmir i have purchased a mi band 2 on your mi store when i receive this item, at the same day the sleep tracker was not working then i used this band ten to twelve day but it don't show me sleep tracker i switched off the band as well as uninstall the mi fit app but it don't work i call to the customer care for help but they told me that go to the service centre i told them that in srinagar there is no any service centre in kashmir region it is my request to you that please change this device as soon as possible. Right now this is not connected to my phone 's bluetooth (Showing could not pair contact to customer care)
