Xiaomi India — Board complaint | |||
My name is mubarak, I have xiaomi mi4i handset, This february my handset board was complaint and i went to xiaomi service center Trivandrum, they replaced the board.After few days the board was damaged again the sim card is not recoganizing. today i went to the service centre and they said to me that the board has again damaged and want to replace.This is my second time the board is damaging.They said that it took two month for replacing the board because of the delay of the order.I havent any other back up phone.The service of the xiaomi is very bad and they dont know how to satisfy a customer.
