Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Red ME Prime through Flipkart vide order No.OD[protected], IMEI No.[protected].
From the date i received iam facing overheating and charge discharging, i had given it for service at Ascent Technologies, Trivandrum vide ack receipt No.377 authorized service centre on 09.12.15, but till date no response from them already three times i had visited them and over phone cannot be contacted phone is always hanged and cannot be contacted.
While we are visiting them there is no proper response when i first visited they promised to deliver it by 10 days later i visited on 30th Dec and they informed they will deliver by 1st Jan and today again i visited they informed they will deliver it on monday the 4th Jan 2016.
The action by the concern is unethical and unprofessional if they cannot deliver on the said date it should be intimated on time rather keeping mom, iam travelling more than 150kms to reach the Sr.Centre from my home town, the answer given by them seems ridiculous and rubbish.
Here i would like to inform the service centre you had authorized is not working in a professional manner, and there is no proper response from them even they cannot keep a phone properly (Phone No.[protected].
If the complaint cannot be rectified kindly return the amount at the earliest.
If iam not getting a proper reply within 24hrs i will be forced for further legal proceedings without further intimation.
