Xiaomi India — Brand New Mi 4i has got broken screen | |||
I bought a brand new Xiaomi Mi 4i from the company website on 7th of July. I got the delivery on 9th.When I opened the box, the phone had a broken screen. I officially lodged a complaint on the co mail id and informed the status through customer care executive. It has been 3 weeks now, I have called and mailed the company 6 times till now but haven't got replacement yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
