Xiaomi India — Cancelling the shipment with immature reason

I ordered a MI 4i with shipment ID[protected]. And when i called the customer care at 9th December around 1PM, they say it was delivered to you by Fedex with shipment ID[protected] on 9th of December 3PM but you were unavailable. I dont understand is are they immature or do they have any sense what are they talking about. How can they even say that as a reason of cancellation of the shipment. If someone is reading and wanna look into this issue, then please do
