Xiaomi India — Cash prizes redeemed but still not credited yet

I have redeemed prizes of cash of 200 on 7&9 April but it is still not credited yet I have contacted customer care of mi pay and mailed mi india for help but still no response at all . They are forcing to use their appstore getapps with banned apps inside getapps please credit my redeemed prizes my mi account registered number is [protected]
