Xiaomi India — Charger not working for my redmi note 3 gold

Dear Sir,

Would like to bring to your kind notice that i bought this set on 13th Apr 2016 vide bill no[protected]& order no-[protected] in the name of Asheesh Mishra but since last month the charger was not working properly and now it completely gone.

Request to have your intervention to resolve this matter and change the charges as this is under warranty.

Looking to hear back at the earliest.
