Xiaomi India — Charging for under warranty phone | |||||
I bought Redmi 3S plus phone in January 2017. It got charging issue in feb 2017. Since there is no service center here, I contacted Mi support they offered Mi pick up service. So agreed and payed Rs 189 logistic charges. After it was sent to Ahmedabad service center, I received mail that phone is tempered and to repair you have to pay Rs 6323. So I am surprised how is it tampered without being serviced ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
